I visited to have a battery replaced in my Elgin (yes, it is ancient), and left with an exquisite watch that only requires indoor or natural light to power it - no more batteries! I also discovered the wide variety of services they provide, in addition to their top-notch customer service. Vino and Raja took their time with me, answering all my questions about jewelry and watch repair/cleaning (they provide both), as well as educating me about the difference between automatic and eco-powered watches. I returned several days later to have a ring repaired. This time, I left with sparkling diamond earrings that I can pay off over time with no interest! Throughout the sale, Vino and Raja patiently showed me many earrings of differing quality and value. Their prices are quite competitive, plus they stand behind what you purchase. Unlike the internet, if a problem arises, I have people with integrity and honor to contact. “This is the absolute best place to learn jewelry making. Most of the reviews on here talk about classes and while I cant speak to these directly, if anyone ever has a desire to make an engagement ring or wedding bands, really any piece of jewelry. I highly recommend this place! I approached the owner, Dan, with an idea for an engagement ring with a stone, a few pictures of generally what I was looking for the ring to look like...and that's about it. He was able to take my idea and fully walk me through the cost breakdown of materials and lessons, process of purchasing materials (including the stone), and then the actual implementation of making the ring. He taught me the basic flow of how a ring gets made: shaping the metal via hammering, carving the extra accents on the ring in my specific request, making the setting, filing, soldering the pieces together, and polishing the piece as a whole.We practiced in silver first which I really appreciated having never done this before. So I ended up actually with two finished pieces in end, a practice ring (silver), and the actual engagement ring (platinum). The final engagement ring cost less than what I would have paid for in a store and is physically stronger than a ring from a store due to it being handmade and not cast. Honestly if my house were closer to the studio, I'd sign up for the classes that this place offers. Even though most of my lessons were largely private sessions, I still got to interact with other people taking his classes and his extended study students.This place completely exceeded my expectations in every way. I'll definitely be coming back here to make the wedding bands with my fiancée.”

We used family stones and came with an idea of how we wanted to reset them but got great advice and suggestions. The quote for the work was very reasonable and they stuck to the quote even when little changes needed to be made. They kept us informed throughout the whole process. We really appreciated how personal the process felt, especially after we had looked into initially going through online vendors.I was also struck by Fleisher’s great selection of silver and gold jewlery— some great (and affordable) finds!My ring is stunning — beautiful craftsmanship and excellent quality. “I would like to acknowledge the high level of professionalism, and outstanding customer service that I received today at Kay Jewelers in Forestville Mall. Ruth and Porsche assisted me with all my needs and they made me feel welcomed. Ruth was able to locate my purchases for cleaning and inspection. She also explained the warranty and told when I was due back for cleaning and inspection. In addition Ruth also caught an error in the system that had an unknown name Mariam under my a account. This name did not belong under my account. Both ladies assisted me more than the online Kay Jewelers experts who kept sending me in circles and didn’t really understand about the cleaning and inspection. Porsche assisted me with finding the perfect birthday present for myself that wasn’t going to hurt my budget. Porsche took her time showing me different diamond sets and calculating the price for both. Ruth gave her expert opinion as well, helping me make a decision.
