“The pool is pretty fun you can just swim around really but I'm pretty sure a few years ago before coronavirus someone almost drowned so they made a new rule that you have to have someone that is 15 or older to swim by themself but I came with my brother and he lied about being 15 to let him in but they said someone has after me even though I didn't need to be looked after and he could just look after me we couldn't go in but I'm not sure if that rules to apply so I'll update if it is when it opens this year”

If you get the chance to live here, go for it! ? And be sure to ask for Karen or Oscar — they’ll make you feel comfortable and welcome from day one. ?”

“I moved to Washington about 8 months ago for work — this was my first time living outside of Texas — and I was in a rush to find a place to live. I wasn’t able to tour the building before I moved in but the virtual tour of the floor plan impressed me enough to where I decided I’d live here. While I was extremely impressed by the virtual tour, it does not do the building or the units justice. This place is awesome. It’s got an amazing location in the trendy Navy Yard neighborhood, so plenty of entertainment within walking distance — also about a 15 minute walk to the Capitol and a 2 minute walk to the Navy Yard metro station, giving you easy access to the rest of the District and its surrounding areas. Common areas within the building are clean and tidy, and the unit is exceptional — I have so much space! Special shout out to the amazing staff here, especially the wonderful concierge team. I’ve rented many apartments in my life and I’ve never felt more at home than I do here. I plan to continue living at 909 New Jersey as long as I can.”

“I have been living at Mosaic for about two weeks now and my experience has been great. I first visited the property in July and toured a unit with Danielle. She was thorough, allowed me to take my time during the tour and answered all of my questions.
The application process was simple and straightforward and I received an approval pretty fast. Prior to move-in, a comprehensive checklist was provided, making the process easy.
All of the ladies in the leasing office were very nice and accommodating to any needs I had on move in day. Again, very thorough and I barely had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed afterwards. The unit has exceeded my expectations, the building is quiet and I’ve had no issues with parking. The grounds are kept nice and hallways are clean as well, which I really appreciate.
I feel like I made a great choice with Mosaic at Metro and would absolutely refer friends/family to inquire when in the market for a new home.”

Anytime i put in a request, it’s quickly attended to, their customer service and professionals is always on point and they are a pleasure to work with. They clean up their mess once done and always remind me to lock my door behind them. As a woman, that makes me feel so safe. They replaced all of my kitchen appliances in under 1 hour. “We lived in these buildings for 3.5 years and absolutely loved it. We have to move cities otherwise we would have continued living here! We never had any major issues. We lived on the ground floor and never had issues with roaches or mice. Maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner. The most “inconvenient” thing we had to deal with at one point was a broken AC for 2 weeks one summer and it sucked but it was addressed quickly while new parts were ordered and a temporary portable AC unit was put in our unit. It’s unreasonable to expect miracle, immediate solutions to your problems in an apartment complex which I see are a lot of the complaints in reviews. Maintenance always addressed our issues in a timely manner and if something was an emergency it was addressed even more quickly. The faces at the front desk were constantly changing but everyone was always kind. Loved the location being on top of a Walmart you can’t beat that. A beautiful new library one block away. An Aldi just opened up 5 minutes walk away. The metro is a little over a 10 minute walk away and I always felt safe walking the route. The maybe one annoying thing is that the building shares a fire alarm system with the Walmart and Wing Stop so we had to deal with more false fire alarms than I ever had to deal with in any past Apt buildings. But yes, we loved our time here and are sad to be saying goodbye!”

“I had a hole in my tub and Resident Coordinator who is the best and the head maintenance guy and plumber did an awesome job making sure it got done in a reasonable time frame. The coordinator also seen other drywall repairs that needed to be done to my wall and ceiling and put in an order for me. The professionalism has gotten way better with this new staff. Thx you all”
