“I am happy to recommend Town Jewelers as an exceptional custom jeweler. Ali and Hamid, father and son, are highly trained professionals, and approachable and sincere. They made the experience of designing wedding bands both enjoyable and informative. They warmly greeted us by name during each appointment, answered questions we had and never pressured us to purchase or tried to "upsell" us. They also seek customer satisfaction and gave an honest breakdown of all costs, working within our budget. The quality of their materials and craftsmanship is top-rate (please see the attached photo) and offers an excellent value. Work is done on the premises and custom jewelry modifications were provided free of charge. Additionally, they are trained in watch-repair and worked on a wristwatch, providing a new battery and band. While we considered a number of jewelers in the DC area, we will be glad to return to Town Jewelers in the future. “Update 6/2023: so happy with the new management at Amano! They’re friendly, helpful and the inventory is much improved. I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

I needed a good pair of jeans (which is so hard to find today) and she worked really gave me the help I needed. This includes going through the different styles and sizes to help me find a great pair of jeans!! I tried on so many styles and she was honest about which were the best for me and what I felt most comfortable in. The jeans I got are amazing. “Pinktini is the place to be all around at Pentagon City Mall. When we walked in and we were greeted immediately. This speaks volumes, as customer service is one of the ways to gain returning customers, and many businesses do a horrible job making people feel welcome. My husband saw a dress that caught his eye, and I loved it but thought it wouldn’t fit. Danna helped me find a suitable size, plus two others based on my liking. This was all in the first few minutes of entering the boutique. I tried them all on, and was able to find exactly the NYE look I was going for and feel comfortable in the dress. Normally for me as a full figured woman, it takes time in store, or online shopping to achieve what is in my mind. Pinktini provides a wide selection in sizes and styles for all body shapes. “Very good store for medical attire. Mostly selection for women. There are some thing for men. Online store is more robust. Really guys we always get the short end for this category. Otherwise there are other clothes than medical. Good for casual wear. Prices are reasonable.”
