“Giant is the best store ever. Clean, high quality, great staff , pharmacy, Starbucks inside, fresh food and fruit and nicely-shelved items with great things and savings for the members. Also, Giants gives free food and fruit away for kids who walk inside the store. Giant also gives a lot to Food bank for people in need. Giant is also a great place to work. Highly recommended. “Ordered a half sheet chocolate cake with butter cream icing for a 50th anniversary party that was DELICIOUS!! It was very moist. and the icing was a cut above. Everyone loved it. It was beautifully decorated and they provided a nice knife for cutting that worked perfectly.”
“Small town grocery store located in Cape St. Claire. They've got everything you need but be sure to go all the way through the aisles so you don't miss the bakery section on the other side of the store.”

“This store is always stocked. They keep the lines short and it's always clean. The employees are nice. The cashier I had tonight went above and beyond because some of my things were heavy and awkward. I really appreciated that”

“Went here on a whim...b/c i didnt want to drive to ellicott city to get my shawarma fix....one downside is you may have to call to get ahold of someone at the front desk... it was empty when i went and the desk bell didnt help. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The shawarma is sooo much better than the one i got in EC (which tends towards a more tzaziki sauce)... the wings are on par with most bar wings (not a dealbreaker as they were still well portioned) and not overly fried. The fries are very well portioned and not too salty (yay!)... though the fries will not make great leftovers. Solid customer service. In a nutshell, try this place! Got this place bookmarked for later. Thanks!”
“I wish I could give a 4.5 rating. I do my weekly shopping here and it's a great grocery shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've only seen one negative interraction, but that was between co-workers that was handled swiftly and professionally by the manager.The only real downside I have to the store is the layout. It's a little weird at first, but you'll get familiar with it over time.”
“Come here a lot since I live right down the street. They usually have what I need with the exception of a few cultural items.Never had a bad experience with the employees, however, I mostly came to write this review today because the last few times I’ve been rung up by Keyron and I appreciate the extra level of customer service he gives. Steps up when there is a long line to assist in getting us all out of there, and is quick and friendly.”
“I love this place. I live several miles away but try to detour slightly to stop here VS at a Royal Farms (HATE Royal Farms eith a passion.) Luckies has a kind of like a Mom & Pop feel to it. It's not over priced like a 7/11. It's locally owned and operated. It has everything you need in one perfectly sized shop. They even have a Deli!!! No need to stop at Subway. The staff are all super friendly and are extremely courteous. Like I said, I LOVE this Convenience Store. I wish it was a little closer to home.”
“Geresbeck's Market is a local grocery market that we visit several times per year. This is an old school style grocery market like the ones that I remember when I was a kid. Geresbeck's is not a corporate and immaculately clean type of store. Geresbeck's Market is a little bit rough around the edges, just like Baltimore and the areas that this store serves. I feel like the store is a perfect match for Baltimore and surrounding areas. Geresbeck's has a large number of local products. They have many crab and old bay seasoning choices. They carry local product brands such as Wye River, J.O. Spices, Berger Cookies, and more. They have a large produce department with some local produce. They sell Baughers apples and apple cider in season. The have a full deli counter and seafood department. They always have cute Maryland theme and crab theme t-shirts and products in stock. I posted some photos from the store so you can see for yourself. Geresbeck's Market is not perfect but it is a great place to shop. The prices are not the best but you can buy products here that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff is always friendly and polite, if not a bit ditzy (but that is fine). There is a lot of free parking. There are not public bathrooms that I am aware of. I would recommend Geresbeck's as a place to shop for groceries, not every time though. We have so many other choices for groceries in this area. But please do shop at Geresbeck's and support a local business selling local products. And also please come in with the correct expectations that Geresbeck's Market is a bit rough around the edges, just like Baltimore is. Thank you!”
“What a great grocery store! Such a variety of store-prepared foods. From soups to entrees and all in between! And the bakery cannot be beat!! We go out of our way to shop at Green Valley!”

“Greenbacks is my "Go To" grocery store! I love the many options of foods! I use to live alone, and I found that a lot of the foods, would be packaged for those who aren't feeding an Army! Now that I live with family, I end up buying more food, while still saving money! Love That Store!”

“I shop here all the time. That said, I had a concerning experience today. Today, I used a raincheck slip for a whole boneless porkloin for $1.99/lb. (Price without the raincheck was $2.49/lb.) As I went to pay for the porkloin, the cashier insisted he had to weigh the meat. I asked why since the poundage was clearly listed on the packing. The poundage on the packing was 9.99lbs. But when the cashier weighed it, the porkloin weighed in at 8.04 lbs. Fortunately for me, I paid approximately $4.00 less than I thought I would be paying. But this raises a concerning question: is Green Valley inflating the poundage of their meats on their packing and thus actually overcharging customers? You can be sure I'll be having the cashier weigh my meats in the future.”
“I've grown to like Aldi. This one in Glen Burnie did not disappoint. Great variety, great prices.This trip was for sloppy Joe. It's been a while, but I think the house brand was better then the national.”

“The only place in town that i am aware of that has a decent daily buffet of hot and cold foods. I eat here regularly either from the buffet or by buying other ready to eat meals. It's a little pricey but you save time by not cooking it yourself and you don't have to tip for your meal like in a restaurant where tip culture is out of control.”
“Medium size market with a big freezer case, 4+ aisles, and decent selection. A meat market with fresh cheese and meat. The star is the 1 kilo of fresh tortillas coming from the press and some toasty carnitas from the hot case up front.”
