I was on a 400+ mile road trip; and I got a flat tire. At 4:30. On a Friday.
I stumbled on East Park Automotive because they happened to be the closest to where I was broken down... so I called.
Brian picked up the phone (he could SEE my car from the shop), and swooped in to rescue me with his jack and socket set. He then swapped out my damaged tire for my dounut, and made sure I had good air pressure in all my tires.
I am eternally grateful to Brian for his timely rescue, and great service!!! 10 out of 10, would reccomend!!!”

“Purchased a use RV in New York state and needed a Maryland safety inspection to register it. Tommy got us in quickly. He found some items that needed repaired so we could pass the inspection. After checking the quote, we had Tommy do the repairs. Even in the busy winterizing season, Tommy had the repairs done in a couple weeks. Prices are good and so is the work. “I came across East Coast Vehicle Services when I was in desperate need of a repair to my RV in order to safely drive it to Kentucky for my daughter’s basketball tournament. Bill offered to take a look at the vehicle, yet not making any guarantees since it was not a schedule appt. Bill not only fixed my issue, he started looking into my generator that was not staying on for some reason. By the time I picked up my RV, my generator was running too!

“They were super informative in the beginning. Got the 7500 in repairs done. Had to return within a week for a check engine code for the part of the service I paid 2000 on 8 times. Got it fixed in 2 days. Really appreciate the quickness they addressed the issue. Will recommend to ALL friends and family. Danny is the best and took care of me. “I had damage my driver side door got an estimate of $400. To replace the door (from a junk car) from another shop. Went there for a 2nd estimate the guy comes out starts looking at it ask me if I want to try pound it out ( it curled and the wouldn’t close tight) I said yes he brings out some hammers and other tools pounds it door close tightly now. I asked him how much he said what’s it worth I said the moon would take $20 bucks and he did so I differently come back if I ever need body work done again!”

Chris called me on Tuesday morning and said that my tire was in and I could come in that afternoon. I'm grateful that I didn't have to wait another day. “I had my car at another shop (hit a deer) and they were unable to find a rental car for me over the holiday weekend. My insurance company hooked me up with Hertz rental at this location and actually booked me a rental but the Hertz location there was closed. The very nice gentleman that I spoke to at the collision center (Tom, or John, not sure which) took the time out of his day to locate a rental car for me, and I wasn't even his customer. I can't vouch for their repairs but if they give that kind of service to a total stranger over the phone, they are #1 in my book for customer service! Thank you thank you! You saved my Thanksgiving!”
