They're always super responsive, friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. So very appreciated when you're 5000 miles away! Financially speaking, the unit has been a very good value. Prices have gone up (as with everything) but not inordinately so. Once the unit was cleaned out and move-out was ready, checking out was a breeze. Never had any security issues at all, the facility is secure.

“Excellent storage and helpful staff BUT the monthly fees have more than doubled over the time (2 yrs) we have had the 5’x10’ unit. Now up to $199/mo. Out of sight is rather expensive over time. Better for us to commit to dispensing with the items we do not use.”
