Sold me headphones that didn't work and refused a refund. Only gets two stars instead of one because I was given a replacement.

I went to this store to have my phone fixed , not only that my phone wasn't properly fixed , but my SIM card got mysteriously replaced with someone else's SIM card! I didn't realize it until two days later since I never expected a store made this kind of error. It was a horrible experience, will never recommend this store.
