I was flying to Uzbekistan with my two children aged 17 and 18 and we decided to stop at Marylandto visit my friends. I met some very nice people and totally recommend this place!

Did my 1st solo here on 5/27/2016. Lovely airport 3740 ft long RWY makes landing so easy. Heard lots of positive feedback about the new Airport Owner!

Maryland Airport is a privately owned and operated general aviation airport open to the public serving the Washington DC metropolitan area and is home to more than 70 pilots, including the Washington Hospital Center MedStar Helicopter.
The current runway is 3,740' in length and 75' wide, with a parallel taxiway, and is capable of accommodating many types of aircraft, including the Beechcraft – Premier 2, Hawker 200; Cessna – Citation Mustang, Citation M2, Citation CJ1, Citation CJ2, Citation CJ3, Citation CJ4, Citation Encore, Citation XLS+ Eclipse - 500, 550; Embraer – Phenom 100, Phenom 300; Honda – HondaJet HA 420; and the IAI – Westwind II to name a few.
