They took on my Husbands truck that needed a lot of repairs we were able to drop the truck Off on the weekend with no one there and it was ready to fix come Monday when they opened. “First time in a long time, i've had to use an auto collision repair shop. Wow, am I glad I picked V P. Mitch ( owner) and mary jane, we're both fantastic to deal with. Mitch took me over to the shop. And showed me in detail what was being done to my car and what else needed to be done? That the insurance company missed. He even took me over to the paint shop to show me each step that will be done to my parts. Not to my surprise when I picked up my car, it looked absolutely amazing. Got exhaust work done on my 392 Durango SRT, and what began as a solemn rainy day, has turned out with a smile on my face after my visit to this shop. Thank you, John, and top marks across the board. I should've took a photo when I was under the truck but I forgot. Oops. MM delete with custom plumbing in its place, even fixed the stock exhaust divot from the original hardware; 100% happy with the results. Highly recommend any one else to bring their project here, whether it's a new whip or a one of a kind old school sleeper. This brother can handle it all. Price also on par with other shops that'll actually DO the work.”

AC went out(July 2024), they were able to figure out the problem quickly and made repairs.
I'll be going back for steering diagnose and oil change very soon.

“Today I brought my daughter’s Altima in to get the engine splash guard re-attached and have them check the transmission. I was so sure something was wrong it just felt weird. They did the diagnostic and said nothing was wrong. I was insisting there was as we had just bought this a few months ago. I asked to speak to a manager. Zachary came out and spoke to me and I explained my frustrations. He suggested he drive her car with me in it so he can understand what I was saying. Long story short, it was figured and Zach “talked me off the ledge” lol and he was more than understanding. I’m glad I insisted to speak to a higher up because they know a little bit more. “New to the area so went to them for state inspections. They explained the whole titling process and options as well as the veip; all went well with the inspections. Returned a few days later with what I feared was an emergency but wasn't, and was somewhat undiagnosable although expensive to repair if parts were available for suspected issue. They advised me the vehicle was safe to drive and didn't charge me for their time because "we couldn't find anything wrong", definitively. Shop looks like it services many types of vehicles, seems organized and knowledgeable, so I'll be going back when necessary.”
