“Wow, what an amazing experience at this dealership! I made an appointment to look at a car, and the sales associate called me the day before to make sure I was coming at the time we had agreed. So I was pleasantly surprised that he had me wait for more than an hour before he could see me. Now that is what I call professional! The transaction went without a hitch as well, with me taking all the extra warranties that they offered through their super easy to understand sales processes. There was no way I was going to leave without all those extras tacked on. I loved it! It even included the delivery of the vehicle to my home on the same day, and I was so thankful that they could not keep their promise and I had to drive the delivery guy back myself so that I could drive my new car for three hours. That was so amazing! I can tell these guys really appreciated my business, and was very happy to receive all their voice messages a few years later to offer to sell me another car. I really appreciate their insistence, even after I told them to stop calling me. Now that is what I call great service, because they know that I can't wait to buy another car from them. I'll be by really soon!Oh, and they even had me sign a contract for me to only leave good reviews for their excellent service, so of course I happily oblige. Thanks again Heritage Mazda!!!”

However as soon as the service manager Mike heard of my issues he called me and offered to compensate me for the problems I had. He was very helpful and receptive and I really appreciate him taking the time to reach out. “Took a motorcycle here for inspection and the inspector was super strict. It was useful for finding minute problems that were overlooked prior to purchase, but a bit irritating to fail for a shortened brake lever or for the positioning for an aftermarket exhaust (which is in an identical position as the stock exhaust). If you have a modified bike, it may be worth taking it somewhere else. Nevertheless, the shop was professional and accommodating, providing the necessary feedback to allow me to easily correct the deficiencies with my motorcycle. I can only assume that this level of professionalism and knowledge would translate to their other services.”
