These branch is the worst you have five employees tow off them working the lines only 3 customers and one workings wire transfer and management with a bad attitude I’d rather take my business to Beltsville I swear they treat you better

Horrible customer service!!! I went in to get a document notarized and proceeded to the area where the individuals sit at the desk. I informed her that I needed documents notarized. She informed me that the Manager would need to do that but she was busy and she would come out to get me when she was done. The Manager's office was on the other side of the branch. So I asked the young lady how would she know I was here waiting for her rather than you? The young lady got snippy and repeated her initial statement. To which I responded, ok I understand that but my question is how will she know I am here waiting for her? There was no need for her to get smart. Ok, so finally get in with the BRANCH MANAGER, she barely greets me, gives me no eye contact and acted as if my request to have documents notarized was in inconvenience to her. If this is how the BRANCH MANAGER acts, I can see why the rest of the branch is horrible. This is my second time going in there and getting bad service.

SHORT: Staff needs retraining on privacy and customer service (pick someone else to help you other than Vanessa)Doesn't seem to have an issue with getting technical account details assorted. Long: This locations employees should be retrained. When I walked in on a extremely cold and Rainy day. A security guard walks up behind me and say remove your hood. I ask why if my face is not covered. He is wearing a hat... but I understand his reason so I remove it. He then continues to stand there. I politely tell him go back to his post so that I may finish my transaction in privacy. He leaves. The clerk informs me I need to sit down with an expert. I sit down to wait. I then hear a lady... she call from her desk "next person!"... I assume she's speaking of me. I turn around. She says how can I help you. I walk over and she says again how can I help you. I tell her I need and the remainder of the transaction was very cold, brash, and defensive. I politely offered a suggestion, such as " it's good to greet a customer. Christmas was yesterday and you should try asking your customer how their holidays were. How were you holidays? ", she responds with " I don't need you suggestions. My holidays were great. " . I sat in silence. I've done all I can. Got what I need done and left.

I CAN’T STAND THIS BANK!!! The customer service is THE WORST!!! No matter if it’s one or 5 people ahead of you the wait will still feel like 20 people are ahead of you, they always have that I don’t want to be here attitude! Most of the branches has very poor customer service, they’re never friendly….. do yourself a favor a find a bank that respects you.

Came in the other day to get serviced only to come upon Mr. Martinez! One of the most knowledgeable bankers I’ve been helped by in years. He definitely knew what he was doing and he was just an interesting person to get to know. At first I thought because he looked so young that he wouldn’t have been able to help but I was really wrong. One of the busiest TD BANKS in the area and I’m glad that Mr. Martinez took me in that day. Couldn’t have asked for a better banker! If it wasn’t for him I definitely wouldn’t be writing this review or be giving this branch any stars! Thank you again Mr.Martinez

I had a great experience at this branch. One of the best branches in the DMV by far. The employee named Pedro was on point, but how respectful and kind he was is the reason why I can talk highly of this spot.

ATM machine kept my money and my card. Put in a dispute wich took 7 days just for them to short me over $100 on my deposit. This bank is trash.

Customer service at this location has fallen. Their ATM in their lobby has been down to deposit money for almost a month. They placed a small sign not large enough for customers to see. I tried depositing money and the machine took my card and my money. There was absolutely no sense of care or concern and they took their time like it was no big deal. Unbelievable!

Excellent customer service. The ATM has a new process for depositing cash. Choose the acct that deposit goes into, , choose ‘both’ for cash and check deposit. The cash option for deposit is first, add cash. Then the option for check deposit is on the screen. Choose ‘cancel.’ Then choose ‘finish.’

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location is always having technical issues with its systems. I went to make a deposit and the branch was closed on the inside. Folks were directed to use the drive thru for teller help by the security guard. I'll get to that person in a sec. The only thing that was "Supposedly" working was the interior atm and drive thru services. I went to use the inside atm and it took my money that I was depositing along with my debit card. The system froze and then cut off. The security guard that was placed at the door to direct people, said the machine has been having issues. So you know this and you watched me use it? The teller inside says it's against policy to leave an out of service sign on the machine. Fine, but I also guess it's against policy to speak to warn patrons. The branch manager says I have to wait two weeks to get my money back and to drive to another branch to get a new card or wait for one in the mail. I sat in the lot for an additional 15min and countless people went up to that atm as the branch manager just sat in her office (probably trying to resolve the tech issues) and the teller and door security guard did or said nothing to warn folks about the machine. It's absolutely not enough to address part of the technical problems by sending those who need teller help to the drive thru and not "properly" assisting those who need to use the interior ATM especially when you know it has issues.
