Had a horrible experience here all three times I went. The rudeness and incompetence is unacceptable. The staff needs more customer service training. The wait time is also twice as long than the silver spring branch. Let's me know that the staff is not trained or confident when doing transactions.
All of theses reviews are absolutely right. This isn’t my first or second time to experience such delays at the branch of TD bank. What’s happening to your management TD Bank? We suggest shutting down or overhauling staffs at this branch. #BS
