Have been to this branch a couple of times to do transactions both on my account and another person's. I have been very satisfied with their approach and response even if I may not get exactly what I was inquiring about, none the less I get explanation as why it might be so.

I disagree the others, every time I've been there there's always two tellers, a floating person assisting customers with an iPad, and at least two other bank staff giving one-to-one assistance to customers. Not bad at all... maybe my visits are off peak
