“I had lost my credit card and called the Royal Farms in Hereford, MD where I had purchased gas the day before. It first, there told me they were not aware of a credit card being turned in. I thanked them and prepared to cancel the card, when the phone rang and Tammy from Royal Farms called to say they did, in fact, have my card. This is service above and beyond and I am very grateful that Tammy took the time to call and resolve the matter. This Royal Farms employee gets an A for customer service!”

“I’m not sure if the names of the staff that was working on 4/17/2024 at 7:30 P.M but they were amazing. The best staff yet since I’ve been to a Royal Farms in months. I normally just buy a drink but was craving food for the first time in forever.I went to a royal farms in Carney MD that was awful with the food. Threw the food in the trash But this Royal Farms in Timonium on this day was the best!! All the food was fresh and customer service was amazing. Thank you guys for your hard work and great customer service!”

“Nice neighborhood store. If you don't want to go shopping or drive far and just want something small like a pack of cigarettes or a six pack them this is definitely the spot. They have all the different flavors drinks, candy, liquor, and food. Don't get it twisted because this place has alot. There is a high chance they will have what you want just not in bulk or for Bulk prices.”

I left skeptical knowing that I might have taken someone else's order. However, I bit into my wrap and realized it has every ingredient I ordered. The worker knew that a wrap was a better choice and hooked me up with a better chicken experience.”

“Except for the night guys who spend more time on their phones then working and they don’t cook the food all the way and they are scared of anyone who shows up between 1am and 5 am so they won’t open the door for service except for Uber or DoorDash and god forbid if you cough the small skinny guy jumps and runs away the managers are great though very cool and very nice just the night crew sucks”
“Love this 7-11 because the employees are friendly and this location moves pretty fast even when packed. Only downside is when others leave the coffee station area messy. Also, sometimes the 7-11 Rewards will crash not allowing me to get deals.”

This store should be the standard by which all other Royal Farms compare themselves to. The store can become cramped at times, given it's odd size and layout, but I'll still pick this store over any other.”

Paid a little over $18 instead of $48.002. Store staff. Pharmacy staff ? better than Walgreens.3. Store cleaner and all staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.4. NEVER have to wait days for script to be filled.5. Pharmacy ? better than Walgreens.”
