“Just want to share a very positive experience I had at this Royal Farms location and to highlight an employee who went above and beyond.I was up very early (4am) taking someone to the airport. I wasn't feeling well and needed to eat something with medication I was taking so I stopped by this Royal Farms. I was there so early the morning pre-prepared breakfast sandwiches had not been put out on display yet. I walked in the store, noticed there were no sandwiches available, and walked right back out without speaking to anyone.An employee who was sitting out front on her break (her name is Kiki...not sure if I spelled that correctly) asked me if there was anything she could help with. I told her I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich and she informed me they had already been prepared and were in the warmer in preparation for being placed on display later in the morning. Kiki asked me which sandwiches I wanted and offered to help. She cut her break off early, grabbed the sandwiches out of the warmer, and generated the labels so that I could ring them up. Kiki saved the day and I want to ensure she gets recognized for going above and beyond. She was professional and helpful, had great customer service and, most importantly, committed an random act of kindness.Thank you Kiki.”
“One of the only Royal Farms worth going into. The employees at this location are extremely kind and helpful. The place is always clean. The food is always fresh. This store should be the standard by which all other Royal Farms compare themselves to. The store can become cramped at times, given it's odd size and layout, but I'll still pick this store over any other.”

“Royal Farms is an amazing regional chain. If you're not familiar, the highlights are clean service stations, friendly staff, and amazing food. Yes... You read that correctly... Amazing food. Obviously I am comparing this to other service stations, not sit down restaurants, but you can't beat Royal Farms for grab and go food. The fried chicken is amazing in all forms. You can get fried chicken boxes, fried chicken sandwiches/subs, fried chicken breakfast items, etc. They also do a good job with deli meat sandwiches and egg breakfast sandwiches. Otherwise it's a pretty standard convenience store with the usual service station grab and go items. They have a good selection of chips and drinks. This particular location is very spacious and has everything you could expect on the shelves. As most Royal Farms in the area, it also has Krispy Kreme donuts that are stocked daily. The coffee is pretty good for a service station, and they have plenty of fountain drinks and iced drinks as well.”
“By far, the best cold cuts and overall deli sandwiches from any place in the city. I have tried cold cuts from 10+ places in the past few years, and none have the kind of quality meat, bread, cheese or even peppers that Luigi has. Luigi is a great guy with great customer service. He always ensures his customers know exactly where to find him. Pick up time is quick and he never disappoints.”

After taking a look they noticed no work needed to be done saving me money. I've had them also do some other work in the past including brakes, general maintenance and inspection. They've been solid. “Shell is the only gas station I get gas at. I believe they still do discounts, on Tuesday premium gas is $.20 off & on Thursday all gas is $.05 off. The only complaint is this is the only gas station that puts a $99 hold on my AMEX when I use it to pay at the pump.”
