They have all the major name brands but the appliances are marked down because they have minor defects. I am so happy I was able to find a 3 piece mathing set of CAFE' appliances here for my kitchen. “I had an annoyingly slow drain in my tub and a friend recommended I rent one of those powerful drain snakes. When I went to pick up 2 young ladies in rental dept ask me a few questions and warned me if I had an old home it could crack my pipes. They suggested I try this manual snake with a nylon end in combination with Zep clog removal. They probably saved me thousands of dollars. I can't thank those young ladies enough. My tub is draining perfectly now and no more pooling. I usually get very little help there but Great service from them!”

“We visited this store on 10/22/2023. It was the most pleasurable experience that i have encountered. MARLAYA was spectacular. She was very helpful and friendly. The level of professionalism that she displayed was simply amazing. I would highly recommend a promotion/raise for her. Anneliese (Supervisor) was very appreciative of my comments to her about MARLAYA. When leaving, SEMIRA was very helpful as well when she initially assisted us with MARLAYA. We were elated when we reached the cash register to check out where we encountered TYNEARA. She was very kind as well. The Super Customer Service that was given to us should be awarded due to the fact that it is very rare to find such a service. I would highly recommend this location in Randallstown, Maryland to all of my friends and family.”

“Has everything you need at a Home Depot. Big fan of the oops paint station if you like to do projects. They also have great options in the garden section. For some reason, the Home Depot bathroom is always perfect. I respect it. I needed wet/dry sandpaper and they had it!”

“I was so delighted to had met Julian S at the paint department at the Home Depot - Owings Mills, MD. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the various types, qualities and finishings of interior paints. He certainly made it easier as it was my first experience buying paint and I was feeling intimidated not knowing how to choose. Julian answered all the questions a rookie could have and he also helped me understand a balance color scheme.I left happy with my buckets of the top of the line BEHR Dynasty One Coat Satin paints. I purchased a bathroom vanity, Wyndham Collection WCF2929-60D-VCA-M58 with Carrara Cultured Marble Top. It only comes with one side splash but my project needs two. I didn’t want to errantly order the wrong item so I went directly to their customer service, online, and spoke to a representative. He looked at my order and provided me with a direct link to purchase the Avanity SUT22-SS in Carrara White. Upon arrival, discovered it was too dark and too thick in comparison to the Wyndham version. Called and spoke to another representative to process the return label, yet I am penalized and pay the shipping fees from their error? He also said his colleague would give me a call the following day after 2 pm to coordinate ordering the correct piece and that never occurred. Not to mention the time & cost of my contractor that was working the project, who’s now on hold until Ferguson can hold their inventory & customer service accountable.Very disappointed.”
