She was quite professional, personable, considered my needs in an apartment, and made great suggestions that I didn’t think about. My experience with her was overall impressive in the manner she interacted with me!”
“Sanna, the leasing consultant who helped us find an apartment was amazing. She showed us several different apartments twice in one day and was really patient with us. Even though the apartment we originally wanted was already taken, she stayed late to help us find another one. Overall, she provided us with the best customer service out of all the places we visited.”
“The Briarcliff apartments are spacious, with large rooms and they feature washers and dryers. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available, and they are kept clean for residents' comfort.”

“I had the opportunity to tour 2 very well maintained, and very clean apartments (1 in each building). I really love the idea of tenants having a key fob, for security to enter the building. I also liked that the laundry areas were clean, but I think that it could be a little bigger given the amount of tenants in the building. The employees in the leasing office were very busy, but helpful. I also like the amount of space that the apartments have to offer. The only downside to Wellesley House for me is, there should be more renovations to the kitchens and bathrooms.”

“I can only speak for my apartment and my experience was great . It was actually better than i expected. I had no mice . We had bugs here/there in the summertime , probably from a window or something but other that no rodents. They did come to fix anything I brought to their attention and some stuff that I didn’t . Like my kitchen light . My dishwasher did work but it made my dishes smell . I didn’t report that because I usually wash my dishes myself. But overall my experience was nice . If I didn’t need anything bigger I probably would’ve stayed . And I was in a bottom unit and my neighbors over top of me had three kids , I could hear them here and there but never enough to complain about. It’s pretty quiet. And clean . And I’m greatful for the experience . It is a homeless guy that hangs out in the area, I only saw him twice and once he did sleep in the hallway, that’s the only thing I didn’t like.but he did leave as soon as he saw me”
“Essence was our tour guide and SHE was phenomenal and deserves 5 out 5 stars, no questions asked! She did the best that she could with the limited resources available (the apartments are undergoing beautiful renovations so the specific unit we wanted to tour wasn’t available) We appreciated how sweet and thorough that Essence was and the way she made the entire experience feel ‘homey’”
“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”
“My heat was off due to a thermostat battery issue. Maintenance came and replaced batteries within 30 minutes of my emergency call.In 5 minutes my heat was on again. In 15 minutes I'm toasty again! Quality customer service always received from Taylor Park Apartments. Thanks everyone!”

“I haven't had any major issues at the apartment complex, it's very quiet and peaceful, no one hanging around outside. the tenants are nice.only issue I have it's with the tenants that have dogs, there not on a leash and just running around and could seriously injured someone or my grandkids .and the constant barking all day and night i can't get any sleep. other than that i love it here, i couldn't have asked for a better place to live.”

They're always prompt when requested. The property is clean and maintained pretty darn good; It's family oriented, quiet, and peaceful. I personally haven't had any issues since I've been here. Take a quick tour, it may just be your next move.Peace and Love!”

“I had woken up Sunday morning and noticed there was a puddle of water on my kitchen counter and what looked like bubbling paint on the wall above it. I immediately called the customer support desk to notify them of the leak. Being Sunday this was considered an emergency and someone from maintenance showed up within 30 minutes. After investigating, there was a like in one of the stack pipes that connects the bathroom drains in the apartment above me. The maintenance folks worked to seal the crack for the time being until it can be replaced. Thanks so much for the responsiveness and finding the issue so quickly!”
“Our leasing agent Denise is a god send for over a year with the property being sold my main bathroom was left in non working condition and also the floors they out my apartment severely damaged from flooding she kept her word and made sure it got done correctly I can’t thank her enough just for keeping her word that means a lot at times apartment complexes promise things they can’t deliver she kept her word thank you again”
“I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt I had to write this one. I just moved into my apartment today and the staff has been absolutely incredible! Special shout out to Lauren, Destiny, and Ashley (apologies if the spelling is off) who have helped me the most. Though I felt like I called so much and asked so many questions I spoke with everybody. Regardless, they have been fantastic.They answered all of my questions, and even helped me move around my move-in date a couple times, as well as switch to a slightly larger apartment a day or two before my lease started. They took the time to measure my truck to make sure it would fit in their garage, so that I could calculate the extra expense if I had to use the one across the street from the apartments. They even offered to subsidize a portion if I had to use the other garage as it wasn’t fair my only vehicle wouldn’t fit.It ultimately fit but that definitely stuck out to me and meant a lot. I had a lot of things up in the air due to my out-of-state move, and they were so kind to work with me. From what I have seen so far, the entire building has been clean and secure.Let’s not kid ourselves, these apartments are starting to get into the pricier side, but I definitely think there is value here. I could’ve gotten more space and a cheaper apartment somewhere else, but with the upscale feel and style, the in unit Appliances like a dishwasher and a washer and dryer, the cleanliness of the common areas, being dog friendly, the list goes on and on, I do think this is a great value for your money.The location next to the Whole Foods and the university is definitely a plus and you do feel like you’re living in the heart of Towson and yet you don’t need to sacrifice parking! ? I will, of course, update the review at the end of my stay, but these have been my initial impressions, and I am feeling very excited for this move!Thank you to the whole Palisades team! From the staff up front, to the maintenance staff that prepped the unit, you all have made this stressful move into something I am very excited for! ??”

She communicates great, always responds with a sense of urgency and really runs the location like it is her own. Donte is also fantastic. This is really a very nice place to live and in a great location if you work in Hunt Valley or anywhere on the North side of Baltimore.”
