“As a small business owner, I visit the post office frequently for my mailing and shipping needs. The employees here are so kind. There is a guy (i don't know his name)who is friendly and patient. “Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“The absolute most wonderful post office experience I've ever had! She's so incredibly kind and cheerful and I will now drive out of my way to come here instead of going to my local post office down the street.”

“This is the best post office in the area. They have two pick ups every day that they don't list on their schedule. The mail goes quickly to the regional distribution center, so is where it needs to be quickly. They don't have passport services at this location. There is a small but thorough supply wall in case you need some postal supplies.”

“Best location to drop off packages and handle all mailing priorities. Friendly staff that doesn't give you issues. Stay away from the post office on Oak Rd.”

“This is a small office with only one staff working. She is the professional and friendly who always welcome customers and tries her best to serve. Sometimes she locks the door to get a coffee next door. Please be patient if that happens since she is the only one who hold the position. I wish her the best in this holiday season.”

“You're probably thinking four out of five star post office this has got to be great. No this is comparing post offices to post offices. If you're going into a post office you know you're going to get long lines and bored civil servants just trying to fill out their 20 years to get their pension. So the post office is pretty much a post office. The one star was taken off for the weird parking.”

“I sent a priority envelope to my grandson for his 10 birthday in Olney MD, but he never received it. I tracked it through their 800 # and eventually found out it was delivered. After some general call backs from agents Kelly from the Olney MD office retrieved the package. Thank you Kelly so much!”

“I just left this post office and wanted to commend the gentleman who’s working there. I didn’t get his name but he was so attentive and helpful and answered all my questions. He took care to be responsive to all customers and none of us had to wait.”

“The Catonsville Post Office is my local post office so I have used it frequently. This post office gets very busy and there is usually a long line to wait for counter service. They do have a drop bin now for prepaid packages so you don't have to wait in line any longer to just drop off prepaid packages. The ladies that work here are very nice. I have however had a mishap with one of the ladies where she insisted that she could stack up all of my prepaid packages on the scale all at once and weigh them together. You definitely can't do this - I ended up going back and forth with customer service due to this to get the charges corrected. All of the other ladies have been awesome. The parking lot here is very small and tight. Be prepared to park on the street and walk a little bit to avoid the nearby street parking spots that are metered.”

“This post office is small and I enjoy coming here. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to assist me in choosing the appropriate product for my needs, which I can't say always happens. Specific kudos to clerk number 14.”

“Over worked, hard working staff. A gentleman with dreds and glasses went out of his way to look up my tracking number, when his shift was over and they clearly were swamped.”

“Received kind service, fast, and helpful. No wait time around 9:15am on a Monday. Knowledgeable associate. Also was around to see her take care of 2 people (one before & after me) and same standard USPS postal worker service you'd expect. I was worried because of the low rating but was hopeful to be writing a positive review. Nice new clean branch as well.”

“The employees are kind, professional, and they do a lot for customers. I think they might be understaffed/overworked really bad. This takes away from the quality of their work. They lose packages a lot, and it takes "months" and a lot of phone calls to track down the lost packages. To be honest, I feel bad for them because they are really polite and curteous, it's the "quality" of work that is poor, most likely due to understaffing. :-(”

“Contrary to the very rude customers writing vicious comments here about the food employees at the Enchanted Forest Post Office, I love the employees there! I live a mile away, and I have been a customer for at least twenty years. I have always found the employees to be polite, kind, friendly and professional. They work hard for the money. As David Byrne of Talking Heads sang in "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce que c'est?", I hate people when they're not polite!" As The Beatles sang, (I think it was on the Abbey Road album,) "... And in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make."”

“Lines are long but clerks are knowledgeable and helpful. Had mail held and Mrs. DESTINY and Cheryl assisted with information on how to proceed with change of address and setting up PO box. Great staff but definitely over worked.”

“We went in for passport applications for our kids. The clerk Ana was great! Very through checking our documents but also very efficient. In and out in 20 minutes with photos!”

“This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH”

“I'm amazed at all these negative reviews - this is my preferred post office (Main Street is awful, and Montpellier is always too crowded), never had a bad employee or an issue with service. Wait times are of course long during covid, but I'll still be treated better here than other locations.”

“I give 5 stars for what I saw today. Yes I waited in line for 40 minutes but during that 40 min I watched a single clerk treat people with consideration and respect. She was brilliant: one woman was illiterate, then a family wanted a passport for an 18 year old and only the 15 yo spoke English but was not allowed to translate by law, the next guy couldn't fill out his form correctly to mail to Mumbai after multiple tries. And one after another she treated them with courtesy. One after another, seemingly normal adults could not hit the green button then the red button. It was like being in the twilight zone. People that criticize these clerks are mistaken. I wouldn't last an hour doing this job. These clerks are 10x nicer than anyone working in Dulles, with 50x the malarkey. Post master should put in Self-service kiosk but I don't think a lot of people would be able to use it. I wonder how many illiterate or non English people come through there a day. Probably a lot.”
