My husband and I were ready to upgrade our outdated phones but still had a lot of questions and weren't ready for a higher bill. We walked in the store on a Thursday evening and talked to Thomas and Amon for about an hour. They let us ask every question under the sun with great patience and kindness. When we needed to think it over, they gave us their card and said they'd be happy to help us when we made our decision. We never once felt forced or pushed one way or another. We took 3 days to think it over and decided to upgrade to the s23+ and when we came back Thomas greeted us with the same care as before. They even reviewed our plans to figure out if the plans were best serving our needs. I could not recomend them more. Thank you again Thomas and Amon!!

Thomas was amazing, in and out. Bill, phone, plan issues, all taken care...quick! While the Waugh chapel location left us talking about Ryan Reynolds movies and mint. Thomas saved a family plan.Verizon, get Thomas a raise!

Unbearable rudeness. The customer service employee knocked my phone off his desk in anger. Unacceptable customer service. I’d fire an employee for less.

This is NOT a full-service location as advertisedCall before you go unless you have a bunch of free time!********IMPORTANT UPDATE:To be very fair, honest, and clear…the customer service at this location was AWESOME. However, the policy to advertise services not offered was aggravating at best.I hope this helps!

We were out of town and made purchases at this Verizon Authorized Retail Store. We have tried repeatedly to receive a receipt for the charge to our credit card. The receipt was not in the bag of materials we obtained. We find that we were told some of the items included in the charge were free, but were not. An example - the wall chargers. Overall, we are very disappointed in the post delivery of service. Out of towners should not visit this store. We are now reaching out to Verizon, the company, for assistance with this issue, although they may not be able to help because we trusted a Verizon Authorized Retail Store.

I was here August 25, 2022 cause my new phone wasn't receiving calls and text. Excerpt of the conversation I had with the employee.Employee: where did you get your phone?Me: Verizon online.Employee: why didn't you get it here?Me: I dont know. It's probably just easier online?Employee: did you contact verizon customer sevice?Me: noEmployee: Why didn't you go online to ask for help instead of coming here since you bought it online? (Proceeds to help me anyway)... Oh you have the new Samsung fold 4? We can't activate that until tomorrow.Me: I got the phone Monday. It was already activated. I can make calls and send text, just can't receive it.Employee: not your fault, you didn't know but I can't activate that phone. Wait until tomorrow and it should be fine.Called Verizon on my way home, and they figure out the issue in a minute. My phone line didn't transfer completely. Got a text in 5 minutes that my line has been transfered, rebooted phone, and now it's fixed.There's a sign in the back that says "Operated by Russell Cellular". I think that explains the attitude towards Verizon online and their business model.

Exemplary customer service. Tommy, the store manager, outshines Verizon’s customer service. If you ever felt intimidated by Verizon’s customer service over the phone, I highly recommend you walk in and see Tommy. He took the time to explain the right service package for me, in consumer language I could understand. He assured me of personal information security during the phone exchange process, which was the main reason why I got a new phone. If Verizon appreciates loyal customers, I would hope Tommy is as appreciated and valued the same way, because he definitely changed my mind when I was considering of switching service provider. Thomas, the store manager, was excellent with us! His customer service was the best we’ve seen at any Verizon store. He was very helpful and because of that, we’ve decided to stay with Verizon. Thank you again, especially for staying after business hours to resolve our issues!

Stopped by this Verizon dealer with a problem with my Pixel 6. Not only was he pleasant and professional he got my problem solved. I commend this young man for sticking with my situation until it was solved. Verizon should be very proud to have an employee like Kendall on their staff.

I find that the Verizon Wireless Team members, KY, Tommy, Kendell are the best Reps within the Arundel Mills, Hanover MD area.I strongly feel that they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of your cell phones, tablets and valuable in assisting with answering all questions pertaining to Verizon equipment.

I would like to share my experience at Russell Cellular with three of their employees: Tommy, Ky and Tumi. I spent little time with Tumi in placing my order, but more time with Tommy and Ky when my order came in. Working with these guys has been fantastic. I am not tech savvy, I ask a lot of questions, and if I have to come back or call, I will and I have with Tommy and Ky who were off the hook in helping me. They have been patient, considerate, caring, fun to talk with and most importantly going far beyond the call of duty to help me in the three days I came back with questions. They all have provided me with excellent customer service with positive attitudes. Check them out.
