After the LONG, crowded (I had to stand, squashed behind a dude with a lethal backpack) shuttle bus ride to the rental facility, the Hertz counter was staffed, no line for me! The agent was adorable, and I needed friendly and efficient at that moment. Excellent Customer Service.

The car was pre-booked. Glad I was 30 minuter early since it still took rather long time. I expected it to go faster when pre-booking was made.
