“The car rental bldg house all the rental car companies, it was a good experience getting to the bldg because they have buses running every 8 to 10 minutes, the trip is about 10 minutes from the airport, to pick up the car was very easy, there are signs everywhere directing the costumer to their car, it was a very pleasant experience”

“When I want a ride to the airport I do not call a cab. I rely soley on Baltimore Limo to pick me up on time and get me to whatever airport my flight is leaving from. When I come back I know that BWI airport Limo will have a driver waiting for me. Why would I want to risk waiting for a cab that may not show up. My job is too important. When travel in and out of Annapolis , the airport transfer from Baltimore Limo is the only option for me.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE! The 2 young men working 9/21/23 at 1pm gave EXTRAORDINARY service! They were kind, efficient, friendly, and quick to provide service despite being busy. I don't recall their names, but one worked the counter on our arrival to pick-up the rental on 9/21. The other young man worked the garage area on both our arrival 9/21 and return on 9/26 at 4:30 am. EASY TO DEAL WITH! We travel to BWI often and will definitely use Thrifty again because of these two exceptional young men! PLUS the car was very clean!”

“Business is convenient simple and easy to use. Car was clean and nice. Easy to drive and navigate used CarPlay. Staff are friendly and funny. Price is reasonable. What they could do to improve would be to let me know what car I would actually get. For example they could have sent me an email and let me know which car I was getting. “Surprised to get a larger car, Dodge Charger! Thought that it might be a gas guzzler. No, great gas mileage! Car could have been washed off but not a deal breaker. My only issue was that you can't call to make any changes, I mean they do not answer the phone? This location was a independent contractor! The customer service helpline cannot provide any assistance!”

“The counter staff was very courteous. However, every car has its own quirks and it would’ve been nice for someone to walk outside with us and explain where the gas tank filler area is how the defrosters work. It would’ve taken about a minute and a half and would’ve made our rental 100 times better. The car was excellent. No problems at all but a two minute refresher on the specific car that you rent would’ve been nice.”
“Thank you, National! Not only do I love their very easy Emerald Club experience of being able to choose my own car. I left my wallet under the seat of my rental in a very very busy Baltimore Rental Car facility. Luckily I had time to go back to the center before my flight. Two hours had gone by though so the car was long moved but not yet clean. The customer service agent on the floor went up and looked through a sea of cars to find mine and my wallet! I could not be more thankful.”
