I recently rented a car from Dollar and had a positive experience overall. Despite a slight delay in finding a car initially, the staff efficiently located one from Hertz, which was a nice touch. The car itself was in good condition, and I left the rental location feeling satisfied and happy with my choice. Would recommend!

Booked a car and prepaid in advance.When I came to pick up my car I was told there were no cars available, and waiting time could get up to 4 hours.

if you rent a car here and your tire gets slashed, even if you have insurance they will charge you $600 and it will take you 6 or 7 phone calls just for them to tell you they can't help. had to contest the charge with my cc company
