People see the BWI Marshall Airport Rental Car Facility nice but also see many tears. The app rent can be hard to see and the pull spot is very hard to see from the other side of the street. The signs with the loop say drop off cars to the right while all pick ups and drop offs are on the left. The facility is well-lit and safe with clean bathrooms and a shuttle that seems to run regularly even at 4am. The team at National goes out of its way to take exceptional care, keep cars clean and gassed, and take timely service. The bus and drivers are excellent and the shuttle runs regularly. People see happy service, nice team, and a clean, well‑lit building is safe.
Lots of large shuttles. Easy access to the facility. A little far from the airport.

Avis is great! Made an online booking and upon arrival used my mobile app to locate my desired rental. Quick and easy!

Seems nice but I've seen so many tears at this place. And I don't think anyone car reant anything without a flight ticket an independent credit card an a $1200 deposit for the weekend. Never mind the flight.
