“I had never been to the Arundel Mills location. The store is huge! There is a lot of free parking and the parking lot was pretty busy but the store did not seem busy inside. There were lots of open registers, both self-service and manned. If it were close to me I would go to that one all the time!”

“This is my wife's favorite store to go. With all variety of goods she may spend hours there. And yesterday we received the best customer service ever. The associate named Raj went above and beyond helping us loading our item to our car. We had some trouble loading it and I was about to return the item. Raj tried different ways to load and then came up with a brilliant approach. He spent good deal of time helping us and provided caution advices for our trip home. We really appreciate your help!”

“I’d love to give a shout out to General Manager, Trisha Williams and the staff at the Pratt Street Marshalls.! Not only is this location the friendliest; it’s clean, welcoming and filled with amazing picks! Aside from that, I’ve got a little story that holds true to the genuineness of Trisha. My friends and I were visiting from MI last week and stopped in very close to their closing time. The staff was diligently preparing for the days end and the store was fairly busy. In a very short time, I had misplaced my purse. After looking ourselves, we told Trisha and she and her staff immediately added this search to their busy evening priorities. Needless to say, my panic had set in. She assured us they would continue looking and would call us with an outcome. Fifteen minutes later, my friend got her call, it was found. Upon returning, I was met with her warm, heartfelt smile and a huge hug. We saw/did many things on our Baltimore vacation but this encounter by far will stay in my heart.
The time that Trisha and her staff invested in this meant so much.
I hope that Marshall’s can recognize them and be proud of her their character. They truly represented themselves with integrity as well as, Marshalls.”

“This location I find to be the best one in local area. It is always heavy on stock and light on customers. Security and controlled entry at front. Store is always organized and home goods , clothing and kids are always overflowing with items. I check here before I venture to other locations. Never had an issue with lines or people on this store”

“Nice store has a little bit of everything, could be better maintained. Sometimes things are mixed up, hard to find, ripped open packages etc. Still a nice store though, also they might wanna change their name to Six and Below for obvious reasons.”
“I had a list of items I needed to purchase. I was able to find at least half of the items I wanted. They are in the middle of rearranging holiday items so some things were not in their usual place or I could not find them. But they did have an amazing display of Christmas decorations & they were also adding shelves of toys near the Christmas decorations. I plan to go back in a few weeks & look for more of the items on my list & see what is new, as well as maybe more serious Christmas shopping. I like Big Lots due to the variety. There's a little bit of everything & sometimes items I can only find at Big Lots & reasonable prices. They have some food, some domestics, some furniture, some electronics, some automative, some clothes, some cosmetics, etc. So a good place to stop to shop.”

“The five guys closing crew on security blvd were amazing on Sunday May 26!! I came in at 953p and they greeted me with smiles and courtesy. I saw them work as a team to quicken my visit. They were extremely helpful with anything I needed. It was as if I hadn’t just walked in 7 mins before closing! They did not show any annoyance once so ever! Thank you all for generosity and outstanding customer service toward me and my family!”
“First time shopping at this location. The store was clean and well organized. Though they did not have the item that I wanted in the store, I managed to find a lot of great purchases. They do appear to be a little more expensive than a similar store; however, the beauty products, candles and housewares are typically plentiful. The checkout process was relatively efficient and the service was good.”

“I like it better than the other two big clubs but they have stopped carrying a few popular items. Now they have the stupid self check outs.Update...still the same. Only two regular checkouts open. Self check outs suck.”
“It's a great place to find clothing for a reasonable price. There is a wide selection of clothing, and you will most likely find something you like. The downfall would be the you need to have some idea what you need or you might be stuck looking around for an hour. There aren't many locations of the store, so choose the location at the right time because lines can get long on a Saturday.”

But I ended up going back not only once but twice in the same week she did ask me to take the survey With a chance to win a sweepstakes, but it ended on June 22 and I was in the store July 31. So I was not able to enter my responses but they would’ve been positive as she is a genuine person and has great Customer service skills . I’ll be back that’s for sure.
