“I shop all Marshall's. But the closest one to me is in Glen Burnie, the store can get a bit clutter and appears to be not clean, but in checking further, I find that the associates are either stocking, replacing items to proper places, etc. So they are always on top of the store and well stocked shelves. I applaud Nicole loudly because of her pleasant personality and being so helpful, she's a listener and depends upon the conversation she always have an appropriate answer. Thank you Nicole ?”

“I wished I lived closer to this Costco. They were so sweet greeting me at the door. I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Andrea, was beyond accommodating. She had interns with her and I wish I would have gotten their names too. They were informative, patient, presented so much humility and helped me come to a best course of action for my health. Trust this is not the same at other Costcos.”

“I love using the Target app to order my items for pickup at this location. They typically have everything in stock, the online order process is easy and qualities you for rewards to save off future purchases. My order is usually available within two hours and I can notify them on the app when I'm on the way. When you arrive, the app gives you a code and someone promptly comes to your car in the designated parking area.This saves me so much money and time! Everyone knows how hard it is not to make many impulsive purchases inside Target!”
“I went to Macy's the Monday before Thanksging for Black Friday. I got great discounts on fine jewelry. They mailed a bracelet to my cousin in Chesapeake Virginia, she received it that Wednesday. She was pleased with the silver bracelet. They had 75 percent off fine jewelry.”
“I would like to say "Thank you" to KIELA who was so very friendly and tried to help me find a product. I was looking for a specific item and I saw her coming out of a door in the area where I thought I would find my item. I stopped her and told her I could not find this item and she said she had not punched in yet but would be happy to try and help me find my item. I was so impressed I had to take a picture of her name tag since I did not want to forget her name and how to spell it correctly. She did not stop looking until she found where the was located. She actually stopped another worker who looked the product name up and told us exactly where to go. Everyone always likes to complain but never like to acknowledge when someone does their very best so I would like to let Target know that I really appreciated her going over and above to help me. “I purchased a coloring book online for $8.00. When it arrived there was a $3.00 sticker on the cover. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference. I was told no, that the price online is the items price. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor answered she restated the same thing and told me there was nothing that could be done. I again, tried to explain that the price on the book was only $3.00 and that if I attempted to remove the sticker the book would be destroyed. Keep in mind, the other book did not have a sticker and I paid less than $8.00 for it. The supervisor again said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told one would be started but it never was. I went to my local Walmart, explained the same issue and was given a refund for the difference along with an apology for the inconvenience. With that being said, the customer service department online/ over the phone has really gone downhill. I hope the Walmart corporation finds better employees to deal with their customers online/over the phone, then what they currently have. Again, thank you Glen Burnie Chesapeake Center Walmart for exemplifying great customer service. You listen to my issue, made a logical decision and apologized for the inconvenience.”

“First time visiting this Dollar Tree store, and it was pretty big. The store was clean and organized. It is located next to the Goodwill store on Ritchie Highway. The place was well stocked with a good variety of products. They have a nice aisle of greeting cards. Their snack aisle was also very big. This location also has a Dairy and Frozen Food section. The outside parking lot is nice and spacious, so it's not congested like some Dollar Tree parking lots are. The cashier was friendly and courteous.”
“The only gripe I have is the place was a mess. It was busy and it was the customers leaving merchandise all over the floors. Besides that, they have great prices for clothes, shoes and household items plus more.”
“I stopped in over the weekend to shop for more work clothes. I had issues finding dress pants with beltloops and in my size. Other than that, I was able to find a ton of new work shirts (probably more than I needed)! They finally had one dressing room open in the women's active section. I believe there were three rooms. Because they did not have all of there dressing rooms open a line began forming. There were a ton of clearance racks which I was able to find a few items on. Upon checkout I was greeted by Brenda. She was very friendly and sociable. She offered me a store credit card to obtain a discount which I declined. She made sure before taking my payment that she applied the coupon that I mentioned I had. Thank you for the great service!”
