Louie has literally talked me out of spending money on unnecessary work; I got my oil changed at a chain which gave me a laundry list of work I needed, and Louie was my second opinion who said I didn’t need any of it. That was my first experience with Eastwood, and it said a lot about their business.Any work I’ve gotten since then (battery, emissions stuff) was priced low and a smooth experience for me. “I went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. My car was taken into the repair area almost right away and I was out of there in about an hour. I can't tell that there was ever a dent on my car now. They're very good at what they do!”

Ryan was very helpful and scheduled me for a date to bring the truck in. I dropped the truck off for repair and had the truck back a few days later. Ryan and his crew did a great job fixing my truck. Service was fast, people were kind, and the waiting room was clean. You can't really ask for more!I'll also say, this wasn't my first visit.
