was bad enough that our 10 day old car got rear ended, really sucked that it took all but 7 months to get it repaired and didnt have a car to drive for half of it, finally get it back from the body shop and it looks like they washed the entire car with a brillo pad. I travel from Baltimore to get my cars (mazda, suburu) serviced here because their work is unparalleled ,their service superb, and their prices reasonable. I cannot say that for any other dealership in the baltimore metro region. It is worth the trip for me
