It's always an experience going into a Ross store. This particular one was well taken care of and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable.

I love shopping at Ross but if you’re gonna have the bathrooms on lockdown then have an attendant. Whomever was on that task today was a huge fail. I was about to pee in the trash can until a customer who knew the code unlocked it for me.
