“I stopped by to give Erin with an "E" a shout for her fantastic customer service experience. This lady welcomed you at the door, very polite and polished. She asked if you need your help, if so, she jumped into action; if not, she informed you she is her if needed.You would want to need her. Why? Erin, as mentioned above, knows the store products, carefully taking measurements, announcing herself as she enters the back and still knocking on the door before entering making sure it is okay to enter. Making recommendations based on the questions she asked and you answered.She was actually on point with each selection she gave me leaving me deciding on a color if I wanted to purchase it. You go Ms. Erin you have brought back a needed service in the shopping experience. Thanks, I truly appreciate you!!The extra small panties do fit better than the small, you go girl! “I'm a petite, this is one of the only places that carry clothing to fit a woman under 5 foot. And, the clothing is modern and stylish. Not like the normal petites you find at most chains which are made for much older women! Very rarely do I purchase any clothing from any where other than Loft or Loft Outlet.”

“Great customrr service, nice selection, 60% sale applied to many items, not just a few, I had a "corporate discount card" from my work and was able to apply my military discount on the items that weren't already covered. I wish they had petite sizes like Leesburg and Clarksburg.”

“Christmas shopping this past year brought us here. My family and I ventured out a bit farther than we have in the past to do our shopping for the season. We stopped in here on our recent visit.It was busy in here, people were everywhere. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed assistance for anything. We just wanted to browse and see what might pop out at us.Although it was busy and packed in here they were well stocked. Which I was surprised by. They did have a lot to offer, but we ended up leaving with the intention of coming back. We honestly forgot to come back.”

“The store was very nice had a huge selection or Levi’s jeans, the staff were nice to me and helped me find another pair of pants the same size I was purchasing and the prices were the same online, would highly recommend going here to purchase Levi jeans as they have so many sizes and styles available in store you can see what ya like and what fits best, as for me I bought a odd size being 33,30 but they had it and I’m happy they did because a 32 fit but a 34 was to big for me so then having a 33 was a perfect fit. (I also say that as I have always gone to kohl’s for Levi’s jeans and never even knew they had odd number jeans because the kohls I have all been to always had even number jeans)”

“I went to Hagerstown valley mall a week ago on Sunday with my kids. Walking by old navy and had to go inside look at the discount socks & bought a couple pairs. Great store, always clean inside, the only negative thing is wish they would do is greet you as you walk in.”

“I really enjoyed shopping in this store. I was able to find what I was looking for and something I'd about given up on finding. The store was clean and well organized and the staff was friendly. I paid more than I'm used to for some of the items (a pair of ladies black shorts for my MMA class) but I was glad to find them. Finding ladies athletic shorts that are long enough to meet my schools requirements turned out to be much harder than I would have thought. I wanted to mention my cashier by name but I forgot to write it down and it's not on the receipt. She was extremely helpful.”

“It was our first time visiting the store and buying something. My first impression was that the store was clean and neat. Customer service was 9/10 for our first visitation. I must say that their merchandise is way overpriced. I saw a sweater that I liked that cost about $200, and I read and felt material that was the same as the sweater at Marshall's with similar design patterns but cost way less than theirs. My husband bought a belt and a cowboy dress shirt; the total was nearly $200 (omg).”

“As a shopper for my wife I have been to a number of Torrids and we have been to them in Massachusetts, Florida, New York, Virginia and here at home in Maryland to soooo many but this is one of the best Torrids we have been too, the staff is friendly and the store always seems stocked.
