CVS is a popular pharmacy that offers a variety of services, including medication pickup and COVID-19 testing where available. The store has recently undergone renovations, enhancing the pharmacy area and making it more pleasant for customers. However, the removal of the drive-thru service has been inconvenient for many, especially for those who are sick or prefer to avoid standing in line inside. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, with several mentioning friendly and kind employees who go above and beyond to assist. One staff member was praised for providing perfect, soft-spoken service over the phone, making a positive impression. Some issues include difficulty reaching the pharmacy by phone, which complicates refilling medications and handling prior authorizations. Additionally, there is a concern about the store’s outdoor signage, which appears to be missing bulbs. Despite these challenges, most customers feel satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff and the overall service. The store continues to improve, and customers hope for the return of drive-thru services and better communication options, especially for older or less tech-savvy individuals.
Waited one hour while they tried to figure out my son’s medication. The issue is that it needs to be kept cold and they brought it out where it sat on the counter that entire time. Two thumbs down.

The pharmacist literally had me in tears because of how rude and unprofessional he was. I will never use this CVS again.

Terrible customer service! I had to call them and was on hold for over a half an hour and the pharmacy staff never answered my call.
