It is a tradition that will never stop.Selections are vast--Subway, Deli stand, Hot Dog bar, freshly made cold items, soups, and car wash.The staff is always friendly, and becoming diverse like the community.Traveling east or west on route 70, plan a visit. “I recently visited this establishment to get gas, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue where I was charged twice and received a questionable refund, which left me without access to my funds. Frustrated, I reached out to their customer service, and I spoke with Rebecca Minnich, who informed me that she couldn't assist me because the transaction had already been processed. However, if it had been processed, the amount should have reflected in my account. This mishap has truly disappointed me, and I initially felt that a one-star rating was justified.However, I must retract my earlier review due to the exceptional service provided by an employee named Kristian. Despite the situation not being his fault, he approached the matter with courtesy and genuine apologetic attitude. His professionalism and willingness to help made a significant impact on me.I also want to acknowledge that I reached out to the company's customer service, and my overall experience with them was discouraging enough to make me consider ending my association with the company. It is essential for the company to focus on better training their employees to handle situations like these more effectively, ensuring that customers do not encounter such issues in the first place.I appreciate Kristian's efforts and the way he handled the situation. It demonstrates that there are dedicated and customer-oriented individuals within the company. Although my initial experience was disappointing, Kristian's exceptional service has made me reconsider my rating. “Brandi is always very helpful. Free coffee for vets. The layout is good though it needs a grill added on to make it more competitive and to have a bigger selection of food on the floor. Always very clean and the people who hang around are wicked awesome. Will definitely be going back.”

“Ok this place is cool. Wide open spaces for trucks. The steam table food looks good & was good! Excellent price. Quality cool. Portions definitely cool. Customer service iight. Packaging for my entrée that comes with 2 sides cool. They have everything you need in there for real. The steam table food closes around 930 but you can order from the menu 24/7, made to order! Breakfast is 24/7 as well! They have a dining space for you to sit & eat too. Its like 20 tables i think, decent good space area. Menu says you can order online or call in. They give you a ticket, then you bring ticket to cashier & pay, then you get your food like how they do at a wawa gas station. Lasagna is on wednesdays. They had fried haddock... potato, egg, & other kinds of those types of salads. Personal pizzas, desserts, etc bro. Go check it out. Later that day, I ordered online at 430am and easy done! Convenient. Order was ready in 25mins. Ordered 2 full meals. Solid place. Everything was good.”

“May 21-29, 2023 I was in Hagerstown helping my Mom with some moving preparation, and came to High's at least 1x daily for coffee. Over that week I experienced delicious coffee with well stocked coffee fixins, a clean store, and terrific team members that made me laugh on each visit, keepiing it a highlight of my day (who likes moving, right?). Naomi, Dedric, and Zack were delightful and joked around with me most often. To me, the sign of a great employer is one where employees feel free to bring all of themselves, including FUN, to work with them. I make my own coffee at home but you can bet for every time I am in town I will be at that location of High's. ***Also your reward perks are terrific! I saved a bunch on gas from just coffee purchases that week...plus a few free coffees /// PLEASE recognize this location's team and leaders for a job beautifully done. I can assure you I have never felt strongly enough to do a convenience store review before ((hug this team!))”

“This Gas station is much more than a fuel stop.I have been a customer since this location was reopened years ago.The owner/operator obviously takes much pride in helping our community.An example, he was out picking up trash, and stopping by the pump area engaging conversation with the folks getting gas, asking how their day was going, etc.The property is very clean looking, grass trimmed all the time.There used to be a number of homeless people hanging around the intersection by the station. The owner worked with the city of Hagerstown to find ways to get those people to go elsewhere to panhandle.Today there is no activity like that going on.My recommendation is folks stop by and check out the very nice convenience store this man has in place. Did you know that a cup of hot, fresh coffee is only $1.00?”

“I get my propane from AC&T. They are the best. I had a concern about my propane tank and the gal that answered the phone was top notch, she instructed me what to do until the tech got here. The tech was here in a jiffy since he was in the area. The tech came and checked my tank valve and ran a test. No problem was found and was probably my overreacting to turning the valve on for the season. Again, this is a top notch group of pros that do their job excellent. I'm a long time customer and will stay that way. Many Thanks.”

“Spotlight has been a relief for me because it is near the Washington County Transit Center. When I needed a cold drink before my bus arrived I would walk to Spotlight. “The young lady at the drop-off desk was courteous and professional when taking my information. I shared with her that several other pharmacies in town had difficulty getting the prescription charged correctly because of my situation where I have coverage both under Medicare D and also Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She assured me that would not be an issue for her, and it wasn't. The employee at the pick-up desk was also very professional and and I couldn't be happier with my experience filling my prescriptions at this location, which will now be my pharmacy of choice in the Hagerstown, MD area.”

“Decent Pilot. Standard, nothing spectacular. Reserved parking needs a refresh as I had already parked and then realized the ones to either side had very faint RESERVED painted on the asphalt. Some had the signs. Mine was blank and no sign. I am only staying for a 10hr during the day 9-7 so I hope it won’t be a bother. I’ll need to take a look at the free parking to see if it may be possible to creep over.”
