Poor Work Ethic - took two months to forward a CERTIFIED MAIL letter from 20769 to 15228. Mailed Feb 08 and forwarded on April 08 - date the forward label was printed. By any standard, this is timeline is excessive.

The postal clerk name CHUNG'S very disrespectful behavior. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. Even though I have seen lot of complaints on the previous reviews still usps is not taking any action .Please address this urgently so that NO other customer will endure such rudeness and disrespect.

The best postal service. The lady who provided me service was gracious, deliberate and professional. It can be tough serving the general public; however, I have come to respect and appreciate her efforts over the years.
