Staff had the sort of knowledge we'd normally only find in professional physical therapists and occupational therapists. As thoughtful and knowledgeable as you could be about fitting shoes for kids with differences in gait, posture etc. Made me think there ought to be places like this in every city.”

“Babies are so sweet and precious! They are so little and you need so many things: burp cloths, receiving blankets, and tons of little outfits. I especially like buying baby clothes and when there is an expectant mom in the family, I just have a ball. I had the most wonderful service at Carter's Babies and Kids. Amber and Dee helped me pick out outfits, advised me on size, and even put things away for me that they thought I would like. That is awesome customer service! There are covid protocols for standing in line as you check out and all of the salespeople, as well as the customers are wearing masks. They clean the counter between customers. I loved that safety protocol. I love how the store is arranged, so all of the infant clothing is in one section. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Carter's has clothing for more mature kids too. They have great deals and if you open a charge(Yes, I did!) you can earn points to get cash back in rewards. Great customer service, huge selection, and great deals! I know I will be back soon.”

“Shoes were expensive, but I guess that's to be expected, yeah? The shopkeepers were helpful without being intrusive (in my case, at least). Though, I watched them sell a bunch of socks (successfully!) to a bunch of people who bought shoes. That isn't bad, just interesting. Some of the shoes didn't have my size in stock (6.5) but they said they could order it. In the end, I ended up buying a pair that was in stock, so I can't speak on that process. I don't really have any reason to give it less than five stars.”

The salespeople were so helpful in finding styles and sizes that I needed. I had a hard time deciding which pair to buy, but ended up with a cute short black boot with grey fur around the top. I really wanted to match my granddaughters, but the shoes didn't fit me properly. I am very happy with my purchase and they are so comfortable. They were 30 percent off, which felt like a real deal. I almost bought a baby pair for my grandson, but it is hard to choose a size for an infant. They also have cute socks and sweatshirts too. I was greeted warmly and offered assistance when I needed it. They had a beautiful selection of shoes, bags, and accessories. I liked a particular handbag for my daughter and daughter in law. But, the price point was bit higher than I expected. The store was crowded and well stocked. So, if you are looking for something special, it is a good place to visit.”
