She went above and beyond to help my friend and I which I so appreciated her service because that is very hard to come around nowadays in retail.Dori Lyons was very friendly and helpful when I was making my purchases. “I was on a hunt for some NBs 990. They are located next to Old Navy, lower level.The store is small. However employees are all helpful and will do their best to get your shoes. A lot of their shoes are not on display, so you'll have to ask.I'll def come back for my future NB kicks.”

I was sent an email regarding some promotions for holiday season, I called to make sure the date of said promotion. Lauren took my call and assisted me with great friendliness and professionalism. “Very nice shoe center. There are multiple brands and some good deals and discounts also. I went on black Friday sale, so there were add-on discounts. You can find multiple brands over here, there are some in-house brands also which are of good quality. Do check this place out once.The best part of this place is the store services, we were not comfortable with one pair of shoes, so we returned it after one-day use. And they accepted it and refunded the amount.”

“I was so happy to find the latest Ugg styles and a ton of different sizes. I tried on several pairs and the service was great. The salespeople were so helpful in finding styles and sizes that I needed. I had a hard time deciding which pair to buy, but ended up with a cute short black boot with grey fur around the top. I really wanted to match my granddaughters, but the shoes didn't fit me properly. I am very happy with my purchase and they are so comfortable. They were 30 percent off, which felt like a real deal. I almost bought a baby pair for my grandson, but it is hard to choose a size for an infant. They also have cute socks and sweatshirts too. I highly recommend this store and I can't wait to wear my new Ugg boots.”

“I have always thought of Tory Burch products as classic and elegant. Today, I had the chance to visit their Clarksburg store. The people who work there were helpful and friendly. I was greeted warmly and offered assistance when I needed it. They had a beautiful selection of shoes, bags, and accessories. I liked a particular handbag for my daughter and daughter in law. But, the price point was bit higher than I expected. The store was crowded and well stocked. So, if you are looking for something special, it is a good place to visit.”
