The customer service at the auto shop is atrocious. On multiple occasions they've not known about my appointment when I showed up and they didn't even apologize for dropping the ball. Very rude and unprofessional.

I brought my Nissan Leaf in for routine maintenance. I also let them know that I would be going on a road trip. They did a full assessment and rotated the tires. The staff was really friendly and gave me a discount. I definitely recommend Criswell’s service department.

I had a pleasant experience with this dealership. The communication was good and they were upfront about the cost of the services needed on my car. They also told me about other services that were optional and were not pushy when I said I would pass which I appreciate it. I needed a ride home and that service was very good as well. Overall I was very satisfied with them and will be back.

Look at the reviews. This dealer is rude and unprofessional. I plugged in my LEAF while speaking with a salesman.The "manager" unplugged my car and said if I didn't buy it there I had to leave the lot.I tried to explain that I was looking at used cars, but four men surrounded me and physically intimidated me into my car.This is how they treat people.STAY AWAY

Brand new Ridgeline randomly honking as we left the dealership. Issue was so strange and intermittent that we were not sure what to do. Finally a month later- I decided to take it back. Carina was fantastic. She and the technician did everything they could think of to replicate the issue and were successful!!! They found a problem under the steering wheel airbag- fixed it and no more anxiety inducing random honking!!!! So grateful to the team at Criswell for getting this weird thing resolved!! This is a horrible time to have to buy a car- in this case replacing a total loss - and we shopped at all the local dealers. Criswell is by far the best! I will be back later to buy an other car- thanks all!!

I would avoid. They gave me a price for a new car by email to get me in but when I talked with them, the price went up.They told me there's a difference between the MSRP and the "Criswell price".Yea, there's also a difference between me buying a car from them and not buying a car from them.

Overall a good experience. Someone initially tried charging me $195 just to "diagnose" that my car battery was in fact dead. I've owned the car for less than 2 years, a 2021 Sentra. I showed them that the website shows a "complimentary multi-point inspection" which includes a battery check. The main person there, Mark, was great though. He made sure to explain the battery change and made sure I was satisfied.

Willie provided us with all the information that we needed. He was also available to answer all the questions that we had. We had an amazing experience. I will definitely refer friends and family to Creswell Nissan.

I did not expect this to be so easy but everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and got the whole sale done within 3-4 hours start to finish.Special shout out to Wayne Crabbe for making everything run so smoothly. He is an excellent sales person and knew just what to do to get everything completed easily. He is a great representative for your company.

The repair took 1.5 hrs. longer than what I was told. I was too initially they were "wide open" for appointments then told it took longer because they "bottle necked." They were not up front up some of their pricing. I was told I need a $3200 repair that they somehow didn't notice when Ivead just there a couple of months ago. Vastly different experience than my first visit.

This is not my normal dealership as I'm from NJ, but I was going on vacation with a friend who lives near there. It was super convenient. We left my car on the way out of town. I told them to take their time since I was going to be gone for 10 days. They could do it at their leisure. The next afternoon, I got a text letting me know it was done. Everyone was super friendly. It was an overall great experience. If I didn't live so far away, I would definitely use them on a regular basis.

Criswell Nissan is the only place I take my car for oil changes and other body work. Every time I come I am always greeted by friendly, professional staff. Pricing is transparent and completely worth it because I know my car will be serviced appropriately. The guys at Criswell take excellent care of my car and I look forward to a continued partnership.
