Yesterday was my second experience trying to buy a car from this dealership. For both of my experiences, it took the salesperson and manager a LONG time to come back to me with an offer after the initial discussion. Yesterday, I gave the salesperson a specific number and down payment I was willing to pay and it still took him and the manager 45 minutes to get back to me with an offer. When they did, the monthly payment was almost 2 times the number I presented and it wasn't even for the same make and model we initially discussed.
Since posting this review, I received several harassing phone calls from the salesperson who worked with me yesterday, Eric Engram. He called three times without leaving a message or responding to my Google screener. In fact, one of his responses to my Google Screener was "yeah, good job". When I called back to find out who it was, I was meant with attitude and rude behavior. This was clearly not the typical follow-up call with the customer to address a grievance. It was a bullying tactic because I had the audacity to post a negative review. I urge whoever is reading this to choose another Nissan dealer. This dealership is bizarre. I do not wish to be contacted by this dealership again!

For the most part I usually have a good experience with them except for this visit. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because that's what came as an alert on my car. I pulled in an the associate asked me what I needed and I told him an oil change and tire rotation. When it was finished the oil change was done but not the tire rotation (headscratcher) I asked "why not", the guy said that he didn't hear me. I had asked him twice for the service before it began, plus it showed up as a needed service on my car. Customer service on this day suffered as they did not perform as asked. I walked away disappointed. I'll guess I've been going there to long since I bought the car there. Time to take a look at other Nissan dealerships.

I am disappointed with criswell Niassan's service department. I came in for an Oil change and tire rotation and after 90 minutes the servie Mgr came to me and said he would recommend that they replace my tires. I told him that that couldn't be necessary because I only had 38,000 miles on the car. He offered to show me. I followed him to the shop and the car was on the lift. They lifted it higher so we could walk under the car. Each tire has built-in markers

I felt like dealership was going through the motions only and not really friendly. Service person looked like she was a bad mood. I had to remind them that the dealership had a courtesy wash on their website even though the lady said no.

The service Dept. was excellent with describing my issues with my car. They explained everything with full detail. I was wondering what happened to the friendliness when you walk in the dealership.Besides that it was a good experience.

I have no issues with the dealership and been getting my Nissan car services and oil changes performed there for years and they been good to me, let me know what need to be done on the car and
they update me on what going on with the vehicle and give me options on the next steps to take.

Criswell Nissan Service Department came to my rescue when I needed to purchase two new tires for my Nissan Titan. Gayle provided me with same day service to address my automotive needs. I contacted her at 8:30am and I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am. This was prompt and courteous service in Germantown, Maryland. I will continue to use Criswell for all of my future automotive repairs.
