I was impressed with the showroom and the customer service was excellent without being annoyingly pushy like most car dealerships and discount furniture stores. Virginia made sure that I was aware of all of the available options for the sofa bed I was looking for before making my final decision. Yes, you can buy cheaper furniture elsewhere, but all in all, I think the price I paid for what I ordered with insurance was more than reasonable with a low flat rate delivery fee. It is exceedingly rare to find a business that operates like Laz-Y-Boy does today.”

“Clean, well organized, helpful staff, quality products, it’s what I nostalgically remember what a hardware store should be.I usually pass by the big box stores to frequent Clark’s when I need something for the house or the yard. Expectations have to be realistic, they don’t have the variety of the larger stores but they generally have what I need and the prices are competitive.Big pluses….they actually fill propane tanks, they sell high end tool and outdoor cooking brands, the hardware section is organized and easy to find the right sizes, and the staff know what they are talking about.Spread the word to support locally owned businesses that are well run!”

“Mary and the Arhaus Towson team have been a dream to work with for helping to furnish my first home. Mary spent over two hours with me during my first visit in-store showing me various pieces that would work for my space and designing custom 3D mock-ups so that I could visualize everything. Mary’s communication and level of detail and genuine care about myself and my home before, during and after my visit exceeded my expectations. I have made large purchases with West Elm and other furniture companies, and was blown away by the level of customer service received at Arhaus in comparison. I’m thrilled with my decision to shop at Arhaus and can not recommend Mary and Arhaus Towson enough! Bonus points for the huge, GORGEOUS new storefront at Kenilworth ?”
“I visited the shop on 6/18/2023 and thought I had posted a review.Today I wore a pair of earrings I purchased from the store and they are GORGEOUS and great quality.What an amazing experience I had during my visit...the owners are super personable and knowledgeable. They gave me a one on one tour and history of many of the items.I purchased beautiful canvas, earrings, ring and Kuba cloth.
