“Today I drove almost two hours to see Clare Shepherd. I first met her in the National Harbor outlet, followed her to the Annapolis mall and have now followed her to the Arundel Mills location. I have purchased two rings through her, and she has been incredible helping me with my wedding band warranty.Most important, I trust Clare with these priceless items. I had a local jeweler say I needed $300 of repair so I drove the 2 hours to see Clare, despite having a lot of anxiety issues for these long road trips. Clare and another jeweler confirmed that my ring had no concerning issues. She has made sure issues were repaired previously under my warranty when needed. Today my husband looked at possibly getting a new wedding band too.If you question getting the warranty for your jewelry, do it. If you want to work with a phenomenal person on such a precious purchase, take the road trip! She’s worth it 100x over!”

“I moved to Annapolis Town Center several months ago and had just purchased a new watch that I needed resized. This was my first time at the store. I was greeted by the jeweler who happened to be the district manager Mark. We got to talking about watches and it was such a pleasure chatting with him. My watch was adjusted perfectly. He took the time to show me some of the fantastic watches in the store. Additionally, for watch adjustments and batteries, the prices are very reasonable. “I was coming in looking for a gift for my mother. I was immediately greeted by Arianna who was very friendly. She asked me if I needed help to which I explained to her what I was looking for. She took her time to show me everything and I never once felt pressured. She gave me the space I needed to make a decision but still checked up on me periodically. I got exactly what I was looking for! I’m thrilled with my purchase. Arianna also signed me up with swarovski’s rewards program so I get a coupon on my birthday. “This place is a gem in Crofton... Great selection, fantastic customer service, My son recently got his first watch (which was a department store brand, not sold at Little Treasury) and he popped over to Little Treasury with no appointment and they happily sized the watch for him without cost. I can't think of a better way to get an eighteen year old into collecting watches better than taking care of him on his first visit. Bravo to the folks involved in this, you just gained a couple customers...”
