“I was coming in looking for a gift for my mother. I was immediately greeted by Arianna who was very friendly. She asked me if I needed help to which I explained to her what I was looking for. She took her time to show me everything and I never once felt pressured. She gave me the space I needed to make a decision but still checked up on me periodically. I got exactly what I was looking for! I’m thrilled with my purchase. Arianna also signed me up with swarovski’s rewards program so I get a coupon on my birthday.
