After 5 minutes not a single customer had successfully conducted their business. Line of 7 became line of 6 because someone gave up....it then became a line of 5 because I gave up as well....

The staff here are super nice but it’s one of the worst managed and understaffed UPS stores I’ve seen. Lost mail, delayed packages, overpriced and endless lines … two stars is being very generous.
