Any delivery from the Crofton Office are not delivered. You will receive notice that it is being delayed and when you call FedEx for more information, you are told that it was delivered but nobody was present.This has become a recurring issue. Most customer service associates are also rude.

What do you say about a FedEx. They help you with shipping, There's a 24-hour outdoor drop box. My FedEx shipments always gets where they're going by the next day.
