I would give this no star if I could. The staff there was rush and I felt like I was being rush. The sales person was like telling that I was taking an awfully long Time to make a decision. No patience at all. VERy RUDE.

They ask you to return routers there and when you get there they ask you to go somewhere else. -1 on customer service. What a waste of time...

Typical of Verizon. I have been a customer for over 20 years, my bill is over 300/mo because I have numerous lines, and they charge me $30 to move an old phone to a new phone. Ridiculous!!!

This is the only corporate store that I know of in Gaithersburg and Rockville. They only do phones. Fios is at the franchise stores like the one in Rio. Relatively efficient in getting through the waitlist and technicians are fairly knowledgeable. Made my phone upgrade go pretty well.

Whats the point of making an appointment if they don’t actually meet you or even acknowledge you at your appointment time? Waited 30 minutes past appointment time and eventually just went up to the counter before being acknowledged. Ended up getting nothing because the phone is on back order and the advertisement was misleading.

Went in to replace a damaged phone and was given a run around as the contact in store said my son was not an account manager. Checked with my wife who is the account owner and "surprise surpise" he was in fact listed as one of 3 account managers on the account. Now we have been sitting 30 mins for someone to sell my son a new phone...and still waiting. Not impressed.

The specialist AJ was awesome! He solved a very frustrating problem with my new phone. He knew what to do, was patient and very professional. The young lady was also very kind and professional. She greeted me when I walked in the store and made sure I was checked-in to be seen. Excellent store.

Ruben helped me with my account, which I couldn't access from my home computer because my phone screen was broken, so I couldn't get texts to use my two-factor authentication. He verified that I had insurance, and put me in contact with the insurance company. While I was waiting on the store phone to talk to the insurance people, he went to help someone else. A Verizon manager, whose name I unfortunately forgot, then helped me when the insurance ALSO required 2FA that I couldn't access from my phone, and printed out the insurance paperwork for me to go get the phone fixed. They were both very patient, helpful and resourceful! (The store they sent me to, UBreakIFix, was also great.)

By far one of the worst Verizon locations to go to. If you want good customer service I recommend the Falls Grove location!

Just not a good experience, I was in twice and waited 45 minutes. Wasn't seen yet left both times had to get kidz from camp, going to try the one at milestone

Sales rep Kevin is amazing!!! He was kind and patient while we worked through my business account. I've been trying to work through my issues for months and Kevin was able to complete them in 45minutes! Thanks for your help

After calling Verizon to cancel my fios service they confirmed any location can take the router back. I arrived at this location and they refused to take it back. I called Verizon and they stated they should take it. After having the verizon employee on the phone tell the store employee that they still refused to take the router. Do not come here.

They were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our representative, Gabbs, was Great! She helped us with our warranty claim and guided us through the most economical choices for our plans. She took a genuine interest in helping us and we left very happy with her efforts.
