“Rented a truck this weekend and had a good experience. Great customer service, nice & respectful front desk staff. I only wish I could get a refund for returning the truck a day early. Overall, I'm glad I did not have to worry about cost per mile since this trip required lots of travel and the mile cost would had added up if I had rented a vehicle from U-Haul.”
“We were blown away by the quality of vehicle we were given based on what we were charged. We expected a base level Nissan Quest or Kia Sedona. What we were given was a brand-new Sienna hybrid! We were very comfortable on both our long and short trips while we were renting it. Thanks for treating us to such a luxury experience!”

Update after returning the car:
There was a slight hiccup with some additional cost being kept from my security deposit, but after contacting the support email it was sorted very quickly and without any problems.
Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and professional - I can recommend Budget!”

“I'd like to provide this feedback for the customer service of Home Depot in Gaithersburg, specifically to Ana who was professionally amazing to help me with tue issue I had. Although I had a temper because of technical issues with my payment, she was patient and trying her best to help me out for over an hour, calling to tech support and main customer service line. One comment for management thou, please consider having online price match in store, I picked up my items in shopping cart in store, went to cashier, and since they don't do price match, I was asked to but it online, and wait for the confirmation and then take out the items that are already in my shopping cart. Just waste of time on customer side.”

“We had a great experience using this location for both truck rentals and storage!! I even got a free month of storage when I booked a truck. I had a minor problem with my credit card being charged (when I was supposed to have the free month) and the manager Jonathan was very helpful and quick in resolving the issue. Speaking to the service first, the workers here absolutely know what they are doing, and anytime I had a question they knew the answer. Having never driven or used a Uhaul truck before, they made it very easy and explained the process thoroughly. We used a 10ft truck to move our 1bedroom apartment and it was great. We also used a climate controlled storage unit here and everything was extremely clean. We stored a king bed and bed frame. I was happy to see that they had plenty of carts to help you move things in and out of storage.Overall fantastic experience!”
“I would give 5 stars if not for the parking lot; it is usually so full that it's hard to get in. But apparently they are always busy because they have everything you want to rent; yhis location is very well stocked.. The staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions. Often they have people on the parking lot offering to work for you, a real convenience (take cash for that part).”
