“I am ALWAYS astounded by the superb customer service provided by Evan at the pharmacy in Harris Teeter Copley Place. He is always pleasant and always efficient. Not only does he go above and beyond when I (foolishly) run in for a last minute Rx, but when I frantically called regarding an emergency Rx for my mother he told me to hit the highway and get there before closing. I got there close to 8pm and he processed my mother’s Rx with 10min to spare. I can’t say enough about him.

“Overall, I can almost always find the water brand I prefer and it's conveniently setup in a semi open layout. There are multiple self checkout lines and if you prefer to interact with the cashiers and other workers, most have been friendly in a genuine way. It can be a little pricey depending on what you're buying. They have the tahini brand I love and organic frozen fruit. You won't find too many organic fresh produce choices or halal or kosher meat.”
“A friend of mine referred me to Pat at Potomac Care Pharmacy. I delayed going, because I didn't want to make an extra stop when I could get my prescriptions filled at Giant. What a mistake! Pat remembers me by name every time and she got a medicine for a family member that is in short supply nationwide. She even gives Covid boosters. This place is wonderful and takes pride in being a true neighborhood pharmacy.”
“Mahsa Razavi is a wonderful and attentive person. She seems to have wonderful knowledge and wisdom. I had a horrible allergic reaction to a medication and was prescribed additional medications the same day and she noticed and called to check in on me. She updated my account to reflect the new allergies. This act of kindness meant so much to me and I can tell she cares about others deeply. This customer service is 10/10. She needs a pay raise or promotion!!!”

“Im not a fan of the membership stores .. but Sams club gets 3.5... At least I don't need to use a membership for the food court now... their brownie sundae is my fave ! As for my big back cravings : their berry sundaes, churros, hot dogs yum... pizza is ok.. but their cheese hurts my tummy... During the week, it's decent. They are skimpy on samples. However, their sushi's are excellent, one of the mean reasons why I come here. Their pot pies are good. They have nice UMD merch, especially this time of the year. Checking out is a pain. I mentioned before in other reviews, I'm not a fan of self checkout. Regular checkout is a pain, usually one or two cashiers . Then it's to get out, another headache. However, I will pick Sams club over Costco. Parking is really no issue. Just avoid weekends!”

“Great customer service! I called last night, a Sunday, to find out my projected time of service, and the phone was answered by a pleasant lady who gave me that information promptly. Marvin Johnson arrived squarely within the scheduled time on Monday and provided the requested service. Marvin is 100% professional yet friendly. I am 79 years old and sometimes have been wary with various service people. Not so with Marvin. This was my second service from Aptive after being treated horrifically by another well known pest control service. It will definitely not be my last. M.Patterson”

“They have HUGE savings on medications, I mean some of then up to TEN TIMES CHEAPER than Walgreens or CVS, in addition you get a text message when your meds are ready for pickup, and you don't even need a membership... all in all THE BEST BY FAR.There is always a line because of the savings so don't expect to chat with the attendants.”

“The pharmacy staff are very courteous and professional. One Saturday, my son was prescribed a medication which was difficult to get. The pharmacist went above and beyond searching the medication; she finally called me within two hours and I was able to get the med from another location. Had it not been for her, my son would have suffered another couple of days with severe abdominal pain. Thank you so much for all your help!!”
