“This is the third time am visiting this store , of course they taking so much time to attend customers . Had doubts about the connectivity charges and new line to apply . Before they attending me I read all my requirement details in T mobile official site itself. Small request from my side kindly attend customers in time we are taking break in work hours and visiting you there so value our time. But The store is very neat well maintained, so many collections on display which is very useful for the new customers to know about the products in touch and feel.”

“This is the only corporate store that I know of in Gaithersburg and Rockville. They only do phones. Fios is at the franchise stores like the one in Rio. Relatively efficient in getting through the waitlist and technicians are fairly knowledgeable. Made my phone upgrade go pretty well.”

“It took literally 1.5 minutes to get in, solve my problem, and get out. It was the most painless experience I've had at a retail store...ever. Now to preface, I went there to replace my xfinity flex box because it was not working. As I said, it took 1.5 minutes to get a new equipment. Not only that, the person behind the counter was direct and professional and made the transaction quick and most impressive. Totally recommend him. Now there are come caveat to this experience.Recommendation:1. Make a reservation using your xfinity account (must)2. Pick the earliest time slot3. Go on a weekday (preferably Mon-Thur)4. Be preparedI went on a Monday with an appointment for 10:30 am and I was ready to spend half of my day but that was opposite.If you're prepared, your experience will be positive.”
