Criswell does a great job helping me keep the maintenance up on my Jeep. David my service rep always greets with a smile and is very attentive to my concerns. Vanessa the service manager also is always willing to assist when needed. I am very grateful how the team at Criswell takes care of a Navy Veteran like myself.

I really recommend Criswell commercial. They repair my transmission and m40I really recommend Criswell commercial. They repair my transmission M40Rob the manager and Dan, the mechanic they did a fantastic job. I took the car to other places and they couldn’t figure it out. I really recommend them they have communication open via text message or phone calls or emails. Thank you so much Rob and Dan.Second Time at the Dealer now the company Van for a recall they took care of the issue now the car feels and rides really smoothly GREAT SERVICE AGAIN THANKS ROB, TYLER and all the STAFFThey keep you updating txt msg I drop the car at 830am by 11 am the car was READY to pick.Thanks again

Mostly, my purchasing the vehicle went well until I was given one key to the vehicle. My salesman told me to come back the next day for the other key. Came back the next day the salesman tell this tale he has to get in touch with the prior owner for the other key. Came back the next day, I was told I don't get an another key unless I pay for it. I informed him it was paid when I purchased the vehicle. I know from past experiences salesman/dealerships want to keep a set. This last time I went another salesman told me he is out for the week. I just don't know about Chriswell Chevrolet/Nissan dealership they gave me the back and forth song. Last purchase no future purchases. I purchase a 2022 Nissan Rogue on August 28, 2023.

Communication wasn’t up to par day of sale found out we had to pay an extra $1000 that could have been told to us prior. Car wasn’t detailed as promised window sticker glue on window and dirt on exterior of car. There was damaged during the dealer prep that was blamed on factory. Finance department was excellent in and out with no issues, well trained and professional!! Sales department needs training and prep department supervisor needs to check employee work. Showroom and facility was beautiful and very clean.

What a kind and honest dealership. I brought in my jeep for issues with the battery. The warranty had just expired, but they got me a new battery free of charge, on good faith. Total bill: $0. They could have charged me hundreds of dollars but didn’t out of kindness. I’ll be trusting them with all future service needs, they’ve got a new loyal customer.

This was one the best car service experiences I have had. I was able set up an appointment for a recall quickly. They provided shuttle via Lyft so I did not have to wait. The service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. When I got my car back, it was clean and running better.

I have very mixed feelings about Jeep now. My jeep is beautiful and is the most expensive vehicle I've ever owned. When I bought my vehicle, no one at the dealership mentioned the fact that the leather on the dash had well-documented issues with crumpling and pulling up. It happened 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle. Although they worked with me on replacing it, it still ended up costing me around $600. That aside, the service manager was fantastic and I really appreciate him and his professionalism. The only complaint I have about the dealership itself is that the day I showed up, they told me they'd washed my car but clearly had not. For whatever reason, it seemed like they were low on porters and im guessing this is why this happened.It's obviously not a major issue, just mildly annoying. I've owned this vehicle for about 4 months now and it's just been a frustrating experience to have paid so much and have issues pretty much immediately, but I feel like this is more a problem with Jeep itself than the dealership. I don't know if it's something that the dealership could have dealt with prior to my purchase to avoid my ever having to deal with the issue, but if it is, then I'd encourage them to do that or at least warn people so they don't panic and get very upset and feel "ripped off" when it happens 2 weeks after purchase.

Jim helped me over the phone to try to get my car started without having to have it towed. In the end the battery was dead and it had to be towed, but I really appreciated the time he took with me. They had it back to me the next day. Great service department!

Conner was great. Really receptive and answered all my questions. Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. A few texts, one phone call, fedex overnight paperwork, and I was flying down two days later to drive home my 2023 Chrysler 300C!Conner came in on his day off, Sunday, and made sure my car was protected inside and then spent time going over every question I had.Did I get a good deal? We both left happy.

Criswell has set a high bar for service that will be hard for anyone to top. They were quick and explained what they were doing and gave expectations for when the job would be complete. Jim Clutter offered to provide a Lyft home so I did not have to wait in the lobby for the duration of my car service. He is definitely the kind of guy you want to work with. I will be using him as my point of contact for future car servicing.

James“Jim” Clutter is a liar and master manipulator! I’ll never be back!! My boyfriend took a look at my receipt and explained to me that there were services on there marked “customer requests” that I NEVER requested and nothing was explained to me! On top of being cheated, indicator lights came on just and hours after leaving the shop! Jim screened my calls for a week. I had to show up to the shop to get some assistance. I expected better treatment after spending thousands. I asked for 6 services and ended up with 14 total and indicator lights appear just hours after leaving the shop. The manager allowed me to return for a tire sensor replacement. After the alleged work was completed my tire pressure light came on again after leaving. I don’t believe they actually replaced it. I lost money taking off of work only for the problem to remain. I will tell everyone and I’ll never bring my car there again!

Great dealership. No bs. Dealt with Patrick Mantua from start to finish. Went with a 2023 grand Cherokee 4xe. Seamless transaction. Everything was done remotely. They even coordinated the shipping to my house. Highly recommend. We will be back. Cheers!!

Under promise and over deliver!! Excellent experience!! My son’s jeep needed ‘help’ after a year maneuvering Nee Orleans pot holes. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently. David yuron kept me informed every step of the way and returned the jeep 2 days earlier than promised. They even figured out a way to fix the bumper instead of replacing it. Saving money. I will never go anywhere else. The best!
