We had a great experience working with Leon Travis at this dealership. He was able to get us a fair deal for our growing family with 0 headaches or hassles. The finance manager and everyone we came in contact with was great. I even enjoyed Dietrich as he cleaned the tiniest spots on the windows for me where the stickers used to be. He just seemed like the nicest guy, happy to help with a huge smile on his face. We couldn't be happier with our experience and will be referring friends and family to this dealership.

I took my truck to have
Recall work done. That took a week, two of the repairs were done. My Dodge truck window leaked and there was a recall. Dodge decided that instead of replacing the window, They would repair it. This took another week of my truck being in the shop for the repair. I would be happy if the service people would just tell you the truth instead of what you want to hear.I would have been a much happier customer.

Terrible. They had our van for 2 months, charged us $5000 for a bunch of stuff they apparently didn't need to do, and didn't actually fix the problem we brought it in for (rodent damage to a/c). They repeatedly ignored our calls / neglected to call us back, AND they failed to document anything properly for the insurance company. The a/c still blows warm air and there Is definitely still a dead animal in there somewhere which smells so terrible (they somehow never found it after taking everything apart and replacing parts??). I don't get it. We have been more than patient with this shop and it has cost us way too much time and money... we cut our losses and are back at square one with a broken a/c in the summer.
Hopefully this will save someone else the pain - take your business elsewhere. I hate writing reviews but I don’t want anyone having to go through what we just did. We should have read the yelp reviews before going to this place… 1.9 stars on yelp... No idea how they managed a 4 star rating on Google… yikes.

Criswell's in Gaitherburg MD is incredibly professional, courteous, and thorough. It's hard finding knowledgeable and honest service, but they have the best reputation for a reason. I trust them and recommend them to all I meet. Our 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee was in danger of losing warranty policy protection. Criswell's service advisor, Kyle Smith, recommended the 45k service checkup (importamt for transmission coverage). Boom, the work was completed as promised. We are very pleased.
