“I’ve taken my Honda RDX in 3 times for brake rotors, pads, oil and filter, a/c maintenance, 30k maintenance and most recently a battery replacement. When an Exxon mechanic told me I needed a brake job Mr. Kim said that wasn’t correct, and consequently, I was able to put it off for more than a year. This shop is not near me, but I went on a recommendation. Mr. Kim is always fair, reasonable and with great customer service. When my battery died recently, I went straight to his shop after jumping it. He said it would be a couple of hours because staff was at lunch. I said that’s ok, I can wait. Instead, he decided to take care of the battery install himself because he didn’t want me to wait. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Bob came highly recommended to me by my boyfriend’s mother - I came all the way from La Plata, MD. Bob and his son were nothing short of being God-sent… wonderful! Honda auto shop tried to charge me $1000 xtra for the same service! Also, Bob and his son found that the Honda dealer basically were going to rip me off in general for a new water pump and coolant (which wasn’t needed). That’s right! Car Dealerships are charging people for parts that don’t even need to be replaced, and completely not mentioning the parts that actually need replacing! I needed a new AC compressor (per Bob) and Honda completely failed to mention that. Bob took care of me like a father would! He felt horrible that Honda did this to me and he fixed my car within 24 hours. When I came to pick up my car, his son lifted my hood and showed me exactly what was fixed and why - he was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want HONEST work, FAIR affordable prices, and a job WELL DONE, look no further. You’re in trusted hands here at Branch Ave Tire & Auto.Most importantly, my 2010 civic is now driving like brand new, after years of taking it to Honda and their never acknowledging the cause for my car shaking (AC compressor/belt). They’d instead find a bunch of other issues with parts that in hindsight probably didn’t need to be replaced. Save yourself the money and the troubles of going anywhere else but here!LOOK NO FURTHER!!!”

I asked for a tire ? rotation he came back and told me I needed three tires changed. I went to check with him and thanked him for looking out for my safety. It was clean ? inside, floors clean and didn’t feel or smell greasy dirty. I’m not lying ? go check it out for yourself and then walk over next door to WIYGUL — totally different atmosphere.”
“I recently discovered this great auto shop after some terrible experiences with shops in the area. I called them to inquire about a Maryland State Inspection on my recently purchased 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The receptionist was very polite and professional and helpful.
I took my truck to the shop located conveniently near the Maryland MVA in Waldorf.
A few hours later a mechanic called me to inform me of the status of my truck.
It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Carranza Auto Service for all of your auto repair needs.

“Motor World is a reliable, honest, quick and reasonably-priced automotive shop. I have used them for 8+ years for regular maintenance and repairs. Soon after having another mechanic install an alternator, my car suddenly stopped on the beltway. It was late in the evening and the shop I normally used was closed. AAA recommended having it towed to Motor World. I was shocked when Motor World made me aware that not only did I need an alternator, but that the one I just had installed was used, not new as I had been told and charged for. After making the other mechanic install a new one, Motor World agreed to re-inspect it at no charge. I have taken my car to Motor World thinking I had a major problem, and they diagnosed the issue as being minor and MUCH less cost than expected, and what the dealer would have charged. My Infinite is now 13+ years old and still purrs like a kitten. You can’t go wrong with Motor World.”
“The Norris Garage staff is very professional and efficient. They give you excellent customer service. The waiting area is quiet, clean and comfortable. I had to wait several hours for a water pump replacement for my 2014 Toyota, and I was able to set up and do my work, the WiFi connection was perfect. Larry and Mr. Norris were wonderful and treated me like family! I will be taking my car back to Norris Garage.”

Luckily Sham's was able to diagnosis the problem and fix it within 4 hours!!! Excellent service. Provided me with updates while my car was there and were extremely professional. “Top notch shop with exceptional customer service! You guys were a life saver! A group of us were weathering the rain on our way to Myrtle Beach bike week from Catonsville, Maryland. My boyfriend’s alternator went up on his Boss Hoss. We called multiple auto shops that were within a few miles, even walking distance radius but none would help because they don’t work on motorcycles, even after explaining the bike has a V8 car engine. When we were about to lose hope, German Auto called back and told us they’d try to help anyway they can. They didn’t have the alternator in stock and it took some time locating it. But within a couple hours we were back on the road right before the next downpour of rain. Prior to their call, we were considering getting a tow home and cancelling our trip, but because of German Auto Performance, I’m sitting in the comfort of our hotel room writing this review, ready to start my vacation!”
