“The Colosseum is a true gym. This gym is for you if you want to stop talking about getting in better shape and just execute. If you want to take a selfie in the mirror and post it on social media, sip a cup of espresso, and get a massage just go to another gym in Columbia. If you want a serious gym that's serious about your development I promise your in the right place.The personal training is old school. Josh Flemenbaum is my trainer and I actually look forward to my workouts. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and is extremely reliable & punctual. The strength development is intense. The best way for me to describe it is comparing the training to the Batman vs. Superman movie in the scene when Bruce is training to fight Superman. If you haven't seen the movie just Google Bruce Wayne training vs. Superman and watch it. This is old school training using the sledge hammer to the tire, power sled, and battle ropes, yeah that's the kind of training you get from Josh who will devote and develop you into a better version of yourself. Tim the owner is who recommended Josh for my personal training and I'm truly grateful because I've never felt better in my life.If you wanna come to a gym where you don't feel judged and want to get into the best shape of your life come check Colosseum out.”

“Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. I travel a lot so I try different gyms all the time. Nothing compares to this one. All the equipment you could need, it’s all in good shape, nothing is ever out of order. Even when it’s busy, I always seem to be able to use what I need. It’s clean. And the vibe is just unbeatable. It might sound corny, but this is the place to be if you’re serious about working out. There’s a difference between this kind of gym and some of the other big name chain gyms. But as someone who takes their gym time very seriously, I would choose this gym over those other gyms any day of the week.”

When I had found this gym, it was because my wife wanted to get back into shape. She had done CrossFit before, but I had no experience with it. I wasn’t really sure about it at first since I had never even worked out at a gym like this before, but everyone helped me out. They made me feel at home and really taught me the fundamentals before they let me run. I grew so much in just 10 months mentally and physically because the coaches always respectfully push you. The owner Butch is also very understanding in unexpected situations that arise.There are just so many wonderful things about this gym, I would recommend it to anyone.”

I only wanted to prevent injuries so I could participate in a 12 mile run with friends, but the results far exceeded my expectations. The women at the gym (both the instructors and the other gym girlies) really make it the most fun. Over the past few weeks I’ve tried my best to learn instructor names and the instructors themselves learned my name quickly and with ease despite seeing so many faces. This is not a gym where you are just another face (unless you really make an effort to try and hide, lol), you are noticed and acknowledged. If you want a challenge, accountability, support, and fun this is the place for you!”

If I was local, I’d probably make this my home gym.From the first interaction via email to my last workout there, I loved everything about Old Line CrossFit. The coaches were friendly, knowledgable, welcoming, and helpful in each days movements and workouts. The programming was really great - it had a mix of strength, cardio, and challenge… I even hit a new overhead squat PR while dropping in! The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking onsite. The gym was well kept - equipment put away, clean, and set up really nicely. I also really enjoyed the other members in class - encouraging, welcoming, and consistent. In my opinion the community, programming, and staff of a CrossFit gym can make or break your experience - and overall I had a 10/10!If you’re considering checking out CrossFit for the first time, finding a new place to call home, or just dropping in from out of town - don’t look anywhere else. Charmaine and Rod (the owners) are often onsite and teach many of the classes and private sessions themselves. They and the rest of the staff are wonderful! When I started, everyone (including other clients) was nonjudgmental and encouraging. Hearing "You did great, please come back!" was more motivating than I could have imagined, and I'm still here! They make the work lots of fun with laughter, encouragement, and acceptance of all shapes and sizes. Charmaine still keeps me motivated, and thanks much to her I'm now more fit and healthy than I was 15 years ago. Come join us - you'll be glad you did. Lots of exercise options; lots of fun!”

“Smaller gym and often you have to wait for bars if you get there by 730 am or after 3. There are only 8 bar options that serve as bench and squat rack, so it goes quick. There are also only two cable options. Additionally there is only half of the treadmills that gaffney offers. However it offers better hours and less instances of…. Uncomfortable interactions (girls will get what I mean).”
