Excellent gym, highly recommended, very friendly staff. Machine look new and bathroom are very clean . Convenient parking.

Great new gym in the Columbia area! Ali was so helpful when I walked in to ask a few questions. I travel to this area a lot for work and am thankful there is a clean, well appointed and friendly environment to workout in. Will definitely be back when I’m in town.

Amazing Gym! Very clean and has every weight/machine you need for your workouts with plenty of room to do them. Every instructor there is very friendly and always willing to help with any questions you may have!
